The property is not fenced .There is three rail pasture fence and a large fenced 60x40 ft. Dog run off the house.A private four acre area with a shallow creek, an agility area (weather permitting), park like setting. Recommend that dogs be reliable off leash with recalls etc. The area can also be used to do some basic hunt training with your bumpers, etc. A nice setting if you want to go for long leash walk around the property and driveway.

Half acre fenced in with gazebo chairs table. Filled kiddie pool on request.. it’s pretty private and serene. There is a playground, sandbox, swing in the tree and plenty of toys. Porch swing is under deck water bowls are by the hose. Feel free to fill them up if they are empty. We usually have everything ready. We made this spot in honor of Lola, a 2 year old American bulldog. She was so aggressive we loved her and tried everything, we failed. This is a safe spot!! We just added an extra dog bath feature.
