Fencing details: 4 foot garden fence around the perimeter, hot wire at the top. Small dogs could possibly crawl under the gates, but shouldn’t have any issues elsewhere. My two don’t get out.

Description

Park is closing! We are moving to a new location, and this location will be listed for sale soon! Our little hobby farm has obstacles to play with, free range chickens, horses, and cows running around - it’s a functioning homestead. Lots of fun stuff to socialize your dog with! Please make appointment preferably at least 24 hours in advance by texting at (269)832-2636 because we keep the front gate locked, but usually someone is here most of the day! 😊

Farm animals are loose within the fence. The large animals can be put up in the barn if requested, but the chickens are loose 24/7.

If you need a dog sitter for the day or a couple hours I’m happy to take them! They can run around the farm all day and follow us around while we do chores (or be leased and be in tow while we do chores) . Will probably be more exhausted than having a dog walker take them out ! 😆 (cash only)

Additional rules

You’re more than welcome to take your dogs near the farm animals with my help, just ask! Once your dog(s) are comfortable and in control around the farm animals they are welcome to sniff around off leash . 😊

Welcome to Backyard Doggie Time! Here you can enjoy a dog friendly area with plenty of room to run. A large backyard located in town offers plenty of shade with sunny spots. Access to various water bowls to keep your furry friend hydrated. Plenty of extra tennis balls to use, and even dog treats to finish out your visit. A fully fenced in yard for safety and easy parking upon arrival. Feel free to use my trash can to deposit any waste.

There are so many dogs living in small apartments downtown that have no place to run free, off-leash outdoors. Please feel free to share my space! Your dog can get his energy out without you having to walk a mile with the leash. Enjoy relaxing on our bench instead!

Hello! We are recent transplants to Jackson and already love it here. We are also new to sniffspot but love animals and would to have you let yours run free on our property. We have 5 acres open for you and your pet to experience. We have also recently cut a trail through our field and forest that makes for a nice hike with a medium amount of strenuousness. 3 laps is about a mile. You are welcome to go almost anywhere on the property. The tree line is a good guide as far as how wide the property extends. Parking: You can park anywhere in front of the garage or if comfortable, drive past the garage and park in the field (see pictures). If you need to pull onto the grass to turn around that is fine. The Barn: For safety reasons, please stay out of the barn. There are open steps in the barn and don’t want anyone hurt. Thank you. Our house comes up quickly, so check the pictures for a picture of the front of our house.

Fully fenced yard. Dogs live here but will be inside and kenneled during your visit. Horses also live here but we ask that you don’t go in and visit them (inside the barn for good smells is ok but please stay out of horse stall/paddock/pasture).
