Hi! My family and our dogs are excited to share our private 2-acre apple orchard with you and your pup! Our space is fully enclosed with a secure 10-foot fence, making it a great escape-proof area for dogs of all sizes. With 2 acres to explore, it’s perfect for off-leash play, high-energy dogs, and pups who love to run and sniff freely. There is seating and fresh water! Things to note: there is occasional mud especially right after a rain. There are bee boxes located outside of northern fence line (your dog will not be able to access them but they are close to the fence line 🐝🍯). We have approximately a quarter acre, fully fenced in, well maintained yard. I don't use fertilizer or pesticides in the yard as we feed the local the critters. Plenty of birds, squirrels to chase, occasional rabbit. Outdoor Water available. Digging allowed. Padded seating is available as well as shade. Private parking directly in front of gate. ALL BREEDS WELCOME. 💕 We lived in an apartment for many years with our floofs, so we know how it is not to have your own yard for your fur kids. My family would love to allow other dogs to use our space to run and play freely. The yard has privacy fencing all around, and chances are there will already be plenty of tennis balls and other toys around. Feel free to use the pool. The yard features a covered pavilion, a small decorative pond, a hose, and fruit trees. There is a lot to get your pup’s sniffer going- plenty of wild animals grace our spot and provide endless nose enrichment. The yard is perfect for fetch, too! We also provide another ~2 acres of non-fenced in trail/walking path into the wilderness behind the yard. Here you can walk your pet for a real nature experience. You will see fresh deer tracks, berries, rabbits, and plenty to enjoy. 15 acres completely fenced in with a large pond (approximately 4 acres), and a stream. The pond is spring fed with fish and other aquatic wildlife. Dogs are welcome to swim in the pond or splash in the stream. The property also features extras that can be added to each booking. Extras include: 18 hole private disc golf course and an option to fish. The pond is stocked with bluegill, sunfish, and large mouth bass (possibly others). See pricing under extras. This spot was developed as a starting pen for beagles. Brush piles, food plots, and secure cover were established for rabbits. Elevated observation decks (use at your own risk) were built for dog owners to observe their dog working a running rabbit. This spot is designed for beagle use but is multi use for all breeds of dogs. This spot is located in the "country" with easy parking and access. There are very few distractions which allows you the opportunity to enjoy a peaceful experience on mowed trails with plenty of area to investigate, and plenty of scents to stimulate your dogs sniffer.
