Welcome to Triple 7 Equine! We want you and your dogs to feel right at home while you’re here. Our property offers plenty of open space for your dogs to run, play, sniff, and explore. You’re welcome to enjoy the property, relax on the porch, and use our indoor restrooms during your visit. We just ask that guests do not enter other indoor areas unless invited. Triple 7 Equine is an active horse boarding facility, so horses, boarders, staff, and visitors may be on the property at any time. Dogs are welcome to run and explore, but they MUST stay away from all horses at all times. Please never allow your dog to approach, chase, bark at, or enter an area occupied by horses. Our property is not fenced, so please keep this in mind when deciding whether it is appropriate for your dog. Otherwise, make yourself at home, let your pups stretch their legs, and enjoy some time in the country! We’re happy to share our little piece of the farm with you. Please note that we do have a horse obstacle course, the dogs are free to use it as long as someone on a horse is not using it.

Welcome to our home away from home. Roughly 1 1/2 acres of lake front property. We are located roughly 4 minutes off i70 on gravel. We have 2 fire pits, 3 hammocks, and lots of chairs at your disposal. For your babies we have a box of toys and dog hammocks. If you are there you will likely meet Phil. He is the local lake dog. He is a friendly beagle that walks the lake several times a day. He cannot get on the fence. He doesn't want in the fence. He just wants to complete his walk. Please do not try to rescue him. He has a loving home. During the winter the water is off to our camper. This means no toilet until spring. You will see tons of wildlife which includes deer, foxes, beavers, turkey, and every bird native to Missouri. The 3 gates are cattle panels with 4 inch squares. A smaller dog could get through.

Please park at the top of the hill of our drive or all the way down onto the concrete pad of our driveway. Please do not block the first and second garage. If you plan to take the trail around the lake, please note that it is a work in progress and there is some discarded material from before we owned the land. There are breaks in the fence around the trail, so a leash is recommended for dogs with less training. You may enter the backyard from the gate at the end of the concrete pad.
