15While I don't enjoy giving negative reviews I think it is important to leave honest reviews. After my initial booking was made I immediately was contacted asking to come earlier and also provided with the host's listing for a different app. I rescheduled for an earlier time and when we arrived in the backyard there was a man sunbathing. He made no attempt to speak to me or leave when I told him I was there for a scheduled sniff spot. He then asked if I minded if he could stay. I did not respond to him as I was attempting to get my dog back on his leash due to the fact I was immediately uncomfortable nor should I be put in a situation like that. I messaged the host immediately and advised we would be leaving. I did receive a message back from host indicating that it was her roomate's friend. I advised it really didn't matter who it was the whole point is for the space to be empty and available. On another note and as mentioned in a previous review, I would have to agree that the space was not as clean as the pictures in the listing. There was lots more debris and items all over the back yard. The pool was not skimmed. As a huge fan of sniff spots, this was my first experience where all around everything was just not great.

55The back yard was very inviting. My dog was happy running around. He took,a few steps in the water, but is still uneasy. It the yard was fully enclosed and safe for my dog. Definitely use again
35The space if very large and has a pool that the owner allows you to use. However, the yard was very cluttered and I worried that my dogs might get into something they shouldn’t.

45This lot was huge for the most part . A lot of running space for your dogs. Just don’t go late at night like we did cause it’s a little dark far in the back, so we left before our time was up . Can’t wait to experience this Sniffspot in the daytime .
55Easy parking and directions! Pool has a nice big shallow island great for pups still getting used to water. My dog had fun exploring, and great space to work on some training with him.

Please walk around & clean up after your doggie. If entering pool, please make sure you brush your doggie at home prior to going in pool. After swimming please quickly pass the net to collect any hairs on top. Thanks help avoid high cleaning filter costs etc. Each extra person is added too for pool! please park next to the black suv. Please do not block driveway so others at home can park. Thx
