1.6 fully fenced private acres. Off-road parking on grass for 4-5 vehicles available, plus more along the side of the road. Sniffspot is accessed by a large chained gate with combination lock. Our 3 dogs are very occasionally (1-2 times per month) in an adjacent fenced area. I notify guests via private message in advance when they have booked a time when our dogs will be in their adjacent area. Otherwise, you can expect them to be away inside the house. Fun amenities at our spot include a water park sprinkler play feature, and a wooden bridge which is the perfect location for a photo op! There are also three BIG tires to run through or jump on top of (dogs only please!), two smaller tires to run through, weave poles, a dirt pile, a tunnel, and a fire hydrant just for fun. There is a concrete table and bench seating plus 5 Adirondack chairs under a shade tree - bring your picnic lunch. Running water, dog bowls, and grocery bags for poop are available across the field from the entrance gate, along with a poop scoop and large trash can. Toys, bug spray, additional poop bags, and a large umbrella are located inside the bench seat near the entrance. Welcome to our fully fenced backyard oasis! Your pup can splash in our spring-fed lake (no gators—just fish!), where the shoreline is shallow and easy to enjoy. Cool off in the saltwater pool featuring a sun shelf with jets, or relax beneath the many mature trees that provide plenty of shade throughout the yard. Bring lunch to enjoy at the picnic table while the kids play on the swing set, all surrounded by a peaceful lakeside setting. We’re a little quirky, too! You & your pup are welcome to play with random toys laying around, enjoy but please leave them on site. Pastures are mowed every week, in the summer the grass grows fast; you may experience longer tasseled grass or short depending on the the day.
