55Beautiful Sniffspot tucked away in the country northwest of Middleburg. Quiet, peaceful, and worth the drive. The two acres are sloped, but easy to walk around. Chairs, toys, water all available. Our pup had a wonderful time.
55Beautiful, well maintained and scenic farm. Robin and her husband were very gracious and welcoming. The dogs had a great time sniffing and playing catch.
55Beautiful spot and so peaceful! Pretty drive to the spot with horses, deer and cows along the way. The hosts were so helpful and welcoming!
55Our pups loved it! So much space for them to run and play. The owners were very nice and helpful. We will definitely be back.
55This is a great sniffspot! So much room for my two boys to run around! They had a blast
55My dog enjoyed this spot. The yard is up against the back/side of the host's house. We could see and hear LGDs and cows as we came in, but we couldn’t see them once inside the spot. The hosts greeted us when we arrived, were friendly, and had a bowl of water ready for my dog.
55The dogs had a blast at this beautiful rural spot and there was fresh water and toys waiting for us!

Description

Our 11 acre farm is 1/3 mile down an easement off of a quiet road. We have about 2 acres fenced in as a yard for the pups, and also to keep the cows in their pastures. Entrance to the yard is through a gate next to the driveway near the garage. Appointments only please so that we confirm and can put our friendly pups away - unless you would like playtime, and we are sure the dogs get along. We ask that only fully vaccinated and healthy dogs (not recovering or suffering from a transmittable illness) visit our property, as it’s our home.

Cleanliness

100% of guests said this spot was as clean as expected during their visit.

Additional rules

Please bring bags to pick up after your dog - this is our yard. You are welcome to walk the perimeter of our fence line - we do have cattle, chicken and livestock guardian dogs, so please don’t open any gates other than the one closest to our garage. To walk the perimeter, we recommend walking down our driveway and around the pasture where you see the white Great Pyrs and younger calves. Continue around the full fenced in area until you get to the far end (closer to the neighbor’s house), and then walk back to our driveway via the covered gravel easement (Hopeful Ln).

Hi. We have a lovely, quiet farm that’s tucked away from any traffic… we bought it for our dog (now dogs), and moved to it full-time in 2021.

Greene Lake Acres Private Dog Park In Stephens City

Welcome to Greek Lake Acres! We are located in Stephens City and we have 23 acres in total. About 5 acres are open grassy fields with an acre sized pond for swimming in the middle, surrounded by wooded complete with a few trails. Feel free to message me after booking for directions- GPS can sometimes try to take you through Lake Fredrick and you can NOT get to us from there. The lake is "swim at your own risk" as we do not have a life guard on duty. The water edge slopes so you can come out with ease. There is NO FISHING permitted in the pond. Again, there is no lifeguard on duty, dogs swim at the responsibility/risk of their owner Picnic tables are available near the waters edge and also in the trees next to the pond for shade. On the picnic table we have some floating toys for retrieving and also some sanitary bags if you need any. We are pesticide and fertilizer free, so please make sure you have tick/flea preventative because ticks love the woods! We are not fenced in, so recall is very important. The neighbors do have dogs, some wander so friendliness is important. We have chickens to live in their coop, who will remain safe in their coop during your visit. The property does have an abundance of wild life, including but not limited to deer, turkey, geese, ducks, squirrels and fox, but they do not stay around humans or dogs. There is a hose to wash off and drink from. (On the house next to the camper) Parking is on the lake side driveway near the green sign (see photos) Please note we are often outside enjoying our property as well. If you look at the photos, we typically stay in the “red X” area. If we have guests, our dogs are secured in the house. We can’t wait to see you!
