Description

Welcome to our quiet, private backyard retreat located at the end of a low-traffic residential cul-de-sac in Midlothian. Perfect for solo dogs, small breeds, and pups looking for a safe, relaxed place to sniff, stretch their legs, and play off-leash without the stress of crowded public dog parks. The Space: • Fully enclosed yard featuring open grass, mature shade trees, and a concrete patio path. • Plenty of room for fetch, scent-work, and relaxing in the shade. • Direct, private side-gate access for complete contact-free entry. Amenities Provided: • Fresh water and clean water bowls. • Waste station with scooper, waste bags, and a covered trash bin. • Patio seating for humans to relax while pups explore. Safety & Fence Details (Please Review): • The perimeter is fully enclosed with a mix of tall privacy fencing and a standard 4-foot picket fence. • Best suited for: Small to medium dogs (under 45 lbs) and calm, low-jumping breeds. Not recommended for known high-jumpers or fence-climbers. • Because parts of the fence are open picket, dogs can occasionally see neighboring yards or passing cars—please supervise reactive pups. House Rules: • Up to 2 dogs per booking (from the same household). • Please pick up after your dog using the provided bags and bin. • Keep dogs leashed until fully inside the secured gate. We maintain a 15-minute buffer between all bookings to ensure you and your dog never cross paths with another guest. Enjoy your visit!

Not suitable for toy/miniature breeds under 15 lbs (due to picket fence ground clearance) or known fence-jumpers. Please supervise dogs at all times—no leaving dogs unattended in the yard. Respect our quiet cul-de-sac: please do not block neighbor driveways.

Close to 1/2acre of mowed grass with a good mix of sunshine and shade, and plenty of dog smells to enjoy! Fully fenced with 4' picket fencing, 3 gates with latches. I do a poop scoop at least 2-3x weekly so I can't guarantee spotless perfection but I'll do my best to clean up before scheduled visits- please do the same:) There is ample seating for human guests and a table. Patio gets sun from midday to early evening, 2 umbrellas provide shade.
