55Great spot to give the doggies some freedom. Totally safe and clean
55Fantastic spot! The dogs really enjoyed running in both the open grass and rooting through the woods. It was a lovely fall afternoon, and it was a great way to spend an hour with Alfie and Frankie. I will definitely be back again, maybe with some doggie friends for a playdate!
55The dogs and I really enjoyed this beautiful fenced in, huge yard! Cyndi left 2 balls and water for the dogs to enjoy. We will definitely come back again.
55our second time visiting & as soon as we pulled in, my pup got so excited. So needless to say, she really enjoyed herself here :-) thanks again!!
55It was lovely to be back at your SniffSpot today! Thank you for a fun time!
55my first sniff spot ever for my little ones 2nd birthday & man, it was wonderful. So much bigger than I imagined. Lots of running, rolling in the grass, & happy smiles. There was also a water bowl out for use which was awesome. What a wonderful experience
55This spot offers so much to sniff, to run and then relax afterwards. Plenty of shade! My Sumi sniffed and ran to her hearts content! This would make a great space for a doggy party 🎉
55The best spot. Very safe and clean!
55Absolutely loved it! Thank you sooo much for having us for my baby’s first birthday!
55The area is large and secure. However, the space does border a very busy road.

Description

Let your pup(s) run wild on over 2.5 acres of fully fenced property! They can sniff all the sniffs in the small woods, run agility drills of your choosing using any equipment you'd like to bring, and run to their hearts content. The space is perfect for training. Feel free to invite your trainer for some off leash practice time. Call your friends and make it a puppy play date! It will be like having your own exclusive dog park. Also great for dog aggressive dogs that just need their own space. There is the larger space in the front and another fenced in space in the back. Please note that we do our best to ensure a clean space but I am a professional pet sitter and hunting poo on over 2.5 acres can be a challenge!

Cleanliness

95% of guests said this spot was as clean as expected during their visit.

My name is Cyndi and I am the owner of Peace of Mind Pets RVA. I love animals, big and small! We have a beautiful property and we are eager to share it with you!! As a pet sitter, I know how hard it can be to find a comfortable, safe place that allows your dog to be off leash and free to play and explore. We're excited to afford this opportunity to you. Enjoy!

I do a poop scoop at least 2-3x weekly so I can't guarantee spotless perfection but I'll do my best to clean up before scheduled visits- please do the same:) There is ample seating for human guests and a table. Patio gets sun from midday to early evening, 2 umbrellas provide shade.

Fully privacy-fenced backyard in an extremely quiet area of Tuckahoe in the West End! A large deck provides 350 sq ft of space, and there is 450 sq feet of dirt, grass, and garden beds for pups to sniff around in. No dogs living next door on either side of house, typically low to no noise from kids/dogs/traffic! North facing shady yard with some sunny spots on the deck for suntanning pups but mostly shade, and side garden beds with dirt and leaves to play in (pups are welcome to sniff around them!)
