Ample single-family home backyard in residential area near trails with a mix of grassy and gravelled surfaces, fruit trees (citrus), tables, a swing, hammock and outdoor comfortable chairs. Owner works from home and has office with window to yard, but will not interact unless desired. Private bathroom available upon request. Owner has dog but dog will be inside and kept in separate room during dog visit. Free dog treats; free drinks (water); Regular garden hose with mist function; dog toys.

Parking on my side of the street is forbidden by the city, so please park on the opposite side of the street. If you park on my side of the street you risk getting a ticket (I have been ticketed myself not knowing this rule). There is usually plenty of parking on the other side of the street, so please park there. If the driveway is empty, feel free to park in the driveway.

I’m a mom who lives with her son and Schnauzer in a small house with a big yard. I work from home. I know how difficult it can be to be in a public park with your dog, and everybody else has their dogs off leash and you just don’t know how the other dogs are going to behave. That’s why I want to rent out my yard to help those who don’t have one enjoy some private time off leash with their fur babies.
