Description

Currently it’s mostly just land - about 2 1/2 acres. Right off of 161 in Danville MO. Just a couple blocks north of I-70. There is a spigot for water. The neighbor usually has a couple of young calves and an ole momma cow. There is some shade. We plan on adding a picnic table among other things as time goes on. Fencing will be in the future.

We offer 3 acres of open, private space perfect for off-leash play, sniffing, and burning energy. Whether your dog needs room to roam or a calm, low-stimulation environment, this spot is designed to give them freedom. At the back of the property, you’ll find a lake with a small trail leading down to it, great for dogs who love water or a little adventure. Please note: We do have ducks in a separate fenced area, and they can be a bit chatty (lots of quacking). Most dogs either ignore them or are just curious, but we like to be upfront so you know what to expect. This is a mostly open, natural space (not fully fenced except for duck area) •Please supervise your dog at all times, especially near the lake •Be mindful of the ducks (they are safely enclosed, but still visible/audible)
