Feel free to use the hose by the pool or by the garage to clean off your pups! There are plenty of woods near the edge of the property for your dogs to run 🐾 if you’re lucky, you might also see fireflies around dusk! It gets dark out in the back you can choose to light up a bonfire! Hope you and your fur babies enjoy your time here! ***the settings for booking is set to 12 hr notice. Absolutely no pool parties are allowed! If you are looking for a place for people to swim, you may be able to find a pool on the Swimply app. All guests must be 18 or older. ** Dogs must be leashed until you have entered the yard. This is both a Sniffspot and HOA rule. Ideal yard for dogs in south College Station with lots of areas to explore and a large pool with two waterfalls, jet fountains and 3 sets of steps for easy and safe in/out for the pups. Fully fenced with stone and wrought iron gates allows the pups lots of room to run, even when the weather is too chilly for swimming. Includes a shaded seating area with ceiling fans, an indoor bathroom, doggy shower, towels & toys.
