Description

Beautiful acreage in a convenient location in Morgantown. On a quiet dead end street. We keep most of the lower field, which is the largest area, mowed for easy walking and play. Up the hill we keep a few walking paths cleared. We also have a trail through woods which has direct access to the Rail Trail through the back of our property.

I will provide all the basics that you and your dog will love such as treats, toys, a kiddie pool, hose access, poop bags, garbage can, drinks for my human guests, towels, wipes for muddy paws, seating, plenty of shade, and a small porch covered by a roof for rainy weather. I even have a swing set for little ones to enjoy! We have a lovely yard that is fully fenced and ready for you and your dog to come play! We live in a nice quiet neighborhood close to Washington. We have a newly paved driveway to park in or street parking, whichever you choose. Please use the smaller gate to access the yard. We do have a dog who is always inside during visits. Sometimes he can be heard barking. We apologize for this. We try to keep him upstairs during visits to prevent distractions. The yard is fully fenced with a 6 foot tall privacy fence! We have a newly renovated deck with a nice patio furniture set. Please feel free to enjoy the deck while your dogs play! I love to garden and always have beautiful flowers on display during the summer. We have a retractable gate on the deck if you need to use it. Our yard does have hills but can still be easily walked around. The hills are great to tire out your dog while playing fetch and having them run up and down! We have a hose that can be used for water (except during the winter we put them away in storage). We have a bucket for poop and a garbage can in the driveway for any trash. We cannot wait to host you and your pup!
