Creekside Acres – Soft Launch Creekside Acres is currently prepping for summer hosting! Hours and availability may be limited as we fine-tune operations. Thank you for your patience and understanding. We are a private, appointment-only pasture space available exclusively through Sniffspot. This is a rural, outdoor property designed for dogs who need room to run, sniff, and decompress. Please note it is only partially fenced and bordered by Abernathy Creek. Other Animals & Activity: • No other dogs are present on the property. • Two cats may be visible; please supervise dogs that chase cats. • The property is mostly quiet; occasional outdoor activity from the homeowner may occur. • Occasional machinery or vehicle noise may be heard from surrounding areas. Terrain: This is a natural field environment. Terrain may include: • Uneven ground • Natural holes or divots • Sloped areas • Tall grass and seasonal vegetation • Mud depending on weather • Rocks, roots, and other natural features • Wildlife and insects Guests should wear appropriate footwear and supervise dogs at all times. Farm Equipment: Farm equipment may be present on the property. Please stay off all equipment. Booking & Access: Access is limited to your booked time only. No early arrivals or extended stays. Creek Access: Abernathy Creek runs along part of the property and may be accessible to dogs throughout the pasture. Please note: • Creek banks may be steep or uneven • Owner access to the creek may be limited in certain areas • Water depth and flow vary depending on season and rainfall Creek access is generally easier for dogs; human access may be difficult. If your dog is likely to enter the water, they should have reliable recall and be comfortable navigating natural terrain. Owners must supervise their dogs near the creek at all times. Health & Safety Reminder: Dogs must be up-to-date on vaccinations. By booking, guests acknowledge that this is a working rural property with natural outdoor conditions and accept responsibility for their dogs and themselves. 1 car per dog. Large front yard, gate separates the back. I’d lay on a blanket in nicer months and throw the ball for my kiddo before he passed and when the asphalt was too hot. We’re 1 block from Springwatet trail and creek and within walking distance to Main City Park. Thom Park is a few houses down the block and has a huge and lovely area that rarely has anything in it.

Sit in the woodsy A-frame hut, out of the sun or rain while your pups explores the 1/3 acre area. Sit at the picnic table and share lunch together. Need to get out some energy? Run your dog through all the agility obstacles! A Saw-Dust Toilet Outhouse is available for your convenience. See pictures. It’s there incase you need it. Coming Soon: a swing-set for the kids, more obstacles, more toys. Dogs are free to dig as much as they want! Our farm is 1/2 mile down a private drive. The Sniffspot is at our property entrance along our driveway. There’s a mini-Aussie that lives in the white house 500 ft away from the Sniffspot. Greg's 1 Acre Fully Fenced Private Dog Park In Molalla

We live on a quiet dead-end county road. As neighbors, we are close, so please be awesome and keep your speed under 20 mph. This is the lower pasture at the G&E Ranch. It is straight behind the airplane hangar pad to the east. You'll want to park where it says Ranch Parking. Go past the turn around and our egg stand and turn left just past the G&E Ranch sign. It right off the road in front of the blue house/hangar. If there is no room there, find a spot to the south in the large parking lot in front of the garage by the basketball hoop. Access the pasture via sidewalk to the north of the house/hangar and walk through the grass to the wood double gate. We have Sniff spot signs to help guide you to the gate, hose bib, picnic table and bathroom. There are other gates that should be closed, but it is good to verify they are in fact closed. We can't have any animals on the taxiway or airport. It's possible there are farm animals in the lower pasture, but we'll try to keep them out when we have reservations. They can be herded up through the upper 12' gate pretty easily. Maybe your dog(s) can help? We have three very friendly dogs. Balto is the big lovable Bermedoodle. He can have a big bark but loves people. Amber is our medium-sized goldendoodle. She's getting older and is just a lover. Port is our small Yorkie. Everyone loves Port! They roam around the ranch, so be aware of that with your dog(s). Feel free to sit at the picnic table in the back yard. We call it the Oasis. There are frost-free hose bibs for water. Guys can pee outside. There is a bathroom in the SW corner of the hangar though. You'll access it through the exterior man door and head straight back. Near the trampoline, we will have essentials for you to use. Enjoy your stay :-)

There is often a mowed trail around the property but beware in the rainy weather it’s wet and can get deep!
