Our large, private, fully fenced backyard offers plenty of open grassy space for dogs to run, sniff, train, and relax off-leash. The yard is quiet and secure, making it a great option for reactive, shy, or easily overstimulated dogs who do best with private playtime. There are shaded areas throughout the yard and a patio space with seating for humans while pups explore. The open layout is ideal for fetch, zoomies, and training sessions for dogs of all sizes. 🚫 Please note: The pool and behind pool area are off-limits to dogs and guests and are securely blocked off. Fresh water is provided. We appreciate guests treating our family yard with care so we can continue offering it as a safe, welcoming space for dogs. Perfect for: • Off-leash exercise • Training sessions • Reactive or nervous dogs • Multi-dog households House Rules • 🚫 Pool and pool area are not accessible to dogs or guests • 🐕 Please supervise your dog at all times • 💩 Pick up after your dog before leaving • 🚪 Ensure gates are securely closed when entering and exiting • 🧸 Please bring your own toys and remove them when you leave • 🙏 Be respectful of the yard and surrounding neighbors There is a white trash can in the carport for poop disposal and any other trash. There is also a poop bag dispenser hanging in our carport. **We have cameras in both the front and back of our house**
