Description

The property offers over 1.5 acres of open play space. The pool area is fully fenced in and is a great for summer usage. Great wide open running space on a mostly flat grassland. Plenty of trees line the perimeters of the property, with some trees located within the property. We have guest WiFi, 2 locations to access drinking/play water for dogs (left & right of house). There are two outlets available for charging your devices if needed, located at the porch and the other on the deck. During warmer months we have a kiddie pool for smaller dogs who can’t access the main pool. We have 2 water hoses with available attachments for sprayers and sprinklers (readily available). During the winter months, the snow can be a lot of fun for you and your furry friend, my dogs love running and jumping in the snow. We are conveniently located near many local wildlife trails, state parks, lakes and farms. You can also find local food for both yourself and your dog nearby.

These are mountain range areas, be cautious of wildlife that can pass by. All though rarely seen due to the openness of the property, as they prefer more wooded and secluded areas. This includes treatment and management of our pond (this will help with any overgrown of invasive species such as so many cattails and keep any algae and weeds at bay during the summer months to insure a clear swimming, boating & fishing environment), we will be clearing out more overgrown foliage near the front dam & adding a bridge to create an additional access point to field#2 on the opposite side of the pond (currently the main way to access this field is by walking around the back side of the pond), we will also be adding a small cabin (we will offer this to be rented out in the future and will not have Sniffspot on those days) & we will add benches to the opposite side of the pond for all to enjoy.
