Description

The yard is large enough for dogs of all sizes. I have a six foot high chain link fenced area. Each renter would be responsible for cleaning up behind their dogs. Parking is available on the servitude directly in front of the gate. Please respect my property when parking and leaving. I allow dogs from 7am - 7pm, seven days a week. Please make sure gate is secured when coming and going. My 10 pound Pomeranian also uses this area.

Additional rules

Bring your own poop bags and scoops, or just put bag on hand and grab, turn inside out and tie shut fully and tightly. Parking is on servitude just off the street, not in my yard. Summer hours are from 7am until dusk. Winter hours 7am until 6pm. Please pick up behind your dogs. Bring your own bags for refuse.
