There is no way they can physically interact with your dog through the fence, but control of your dog must be your priority while walking to and from our secured yard Penny’s Place is exactly what you want to make of it! Nearly one acre of fully fenced, relatively flat, grass. You can run, sunbathe, sniff the few trees, play with the hose and kiddie pool, whatever your pup’s heart desires! Welcome to Ghent on the Corner! Enjoy our 2,500 sq ft corner lot with a 4 ft white vinyl picket fence. Driveway parking for 2 cars. Enjoy shaded seating underneath our gazebo. Spray your dog with our hose or throw a ball around with your pup. My partner Abel Cortez and I host this spot, but you will not interact with us or our dogs when visiting. Fully fenced backyard on the Little Creek Reservoir in Virginia Beach. Total fenced area is 0.25 acres, with fence standing 3.5 feet tall. There is also a walking path that goes down to the lake behind my property. Looking forward to hosting you and your puppy! Please clean up after your pet and stay out of the sheds. Feel free to use the chairs on the deck or the water bowl for your dog.

Welcome to 50 acres of puppy heaven! Located off Crittenden Road in Suffolk, Virginia. Please take dirt lane, there is no house. Please do not disturb neighbors. Drive or Walk through the gate and the whole area is yours! There are walking trails in the woods, a pond to find and a river to explore. The open field is wonderful for training and or play. Your dog will love exploring this wonderful property. ***This is the country. The land is wonderful to explore but it is vacant and undeveloped. You will encounter nature, really in the spring and summer. There are ticks, snakes, uneven ground, rabbits, wet spots, etc. Please only book if you are used to the outdoors and being adventurous!*** Update from my guests comments: Wear bug spray when it’s warm, check for ticks after a visit, boots are recommended after rainy days, dogs may get muddy bring towels and look for the new mailbox to identify the dirt lane off the road.
