For pet parents, there’s a cozy outdoor couch where you can kick back and unwind while your dog plays. We’ve stocked a black storage box with all the essentials: 🐾 Treats 💩 Poop bags 💧 Water bowls (small and large) 🎾 Dog toys 🗑️ Trash can and 💦 water source are located to the left of the steps. • To turn on the water, twist the handle counterclockwise, and turn clockwise to shut it off. • To get the water flowing, just pull the trigger foward on the nozzle. Our fully fenced .3 acre backyard is a great spot to spend some quality outdoor time with your dog(s)! ALL are welcome as long as they can follow the safety rules. We love all breeds and do not discriminate! We are a rescue dog family, having been saved by our previous dog, Trixie! She lived to the amazing age of 20 and crossed the rainbow bridge comfortably at home in March of 2024. Lola now resides with us, a Greyhound/German Shepherd mix who was found on the interstate. She's quirky, anxious and weird so you probably won’t meet her, but we adore her. Please enjoy our yard as much as we do, and keep coming back! *Please be aware, our neighbors to the right and left have dogs and while we always alert them to upcoming reservations, we cannot guarantee nor are we liable for interactions through the fence with their dogs. We don’t want a stray hunting dog to interfere with someone’s Sniffspot time. So we made the decision to close for 2 months. We’re sorry, it was a tough decision, but think it’s best. We promise - We’ll reopen in December 2025. Welcome to 50 acres of puppy heaven! Located off Crittenden Road in Suffolk, Virginia. Please take dirt lane, there is no house. Please do not disturb neighbors. Drive or Walk through the gate and the whole area is yours! There are walking trails in the woods, a pond to find and a river to explore. The open field is wonderful for training and or play. Your dog will love exploring this wonderful property. ***This is the country. The land is wonderful to explore but it is vacant and undeveloped. You will encounter nature, really in the spring and summer. There are ticks, snakes, uneven ground, rabbits, wet spots, etc. Please only book if you are used to the outdoors and being adventurous!*** Update from my guests comments: Wear bug spray when it’s warm, check for ticks after a visit, boots are recommended after rainy days, dogs may get muddy bring towels and look for the new mailbox to identify the dirt lane off the road.
