Entry to the yard is through the gated door on the right side of the house, clearly marked with a Sniffspot sign. Our yard offers plenty of spaces for dogs of all sizes to roam freely and safely. Whether your dog loves to zoom, sniff every corner, or just relax in the sun, this is the spot! 🏃‍♂️🐕 We’ve also added some fun dog agility equipment, including hoop jumps and weave poles – great for active pups or training practice. For pet parents, there’s a cozy outdoor couch where you can kick back and unwind while your dog plays. We’ve stocked a black storage box with all the essentials: 🐾 Treats 💩 Poop bags 💧 Water bowls (small and large) 🎾 Dog toys 🗑️ Trash can and 💦 water source are located to the left of the steps. • To turn on the water, twist the handle counterclockwise, and turn clockwise to shut it off. • To get the water flowing, just pull the trigger foward on the nozzle. My back yard is fully fenced and gets mowed every 2 weeks. It is accessible via the gate at the side of the house. It is mostly even grass. After a good rain the yard is full of fun puddles and can be muddy. So much fun for the pups! There are a couple of chairs in the yard and plenty of street parking.

Privacy fence on both sides with a 4-5ft chain link around it. Back of the yard is only chain link in case you have a jumper. The back of the yard is partially wooded but plenty of space to run and play. I am an owner of 4 dogs of which 3 go in the back the 4th is a rescue with high anxiety and gets walked. I do have dogs on both side of me. One side is quiet the other are hounds that will bark or howl. Currently there is an above ground pool not covered and no deck around it only steps. The steps will be removed soon and it will be closed for winter. Great running space for any dog that needs to stretch there legs.
