Description

We love furry-guests! We rent our Pool out through a service called Swimply and have decided to rent on SniffSpot when the Pool is not in use! Since we rent the pool and yard to humans and pets, it is comfortable for both with many of amenities and more on the way! You’re welcome to book for pets or for humans. - If booking for humans, please set the “number of dogs” to the number of people in your party. - If booking for pets, you are allowed up to 5 people with 1-2 dogs or 2 people per dog for 3+ dogs! Amenities Include: 1.) Flood lights to ensure the yard is well-lit day and night 2.) Ring Cameras to ensure pet safety. 3.) 7 foot tall privacy fence keeps even the most agile dogs in place! 4.) 5 foot fence around the pool to keep pets away from the pool and safe. 5.) Dog Water Bowls 6.) Sprinkler & Water Hose 7.) Dog Toys 8.) Chairs, Lounge Chairs, and Swing 9.) Table 10.) Power Outlet 11.) Hand Sanitizer 12.) Soap & Running Water 13.) Porta-Potty (Cleaned & Disinfected well between guests, not your usual stinky potty) 14.) Doggy Bags 15.) Trash Can 16.) Pool & Pool Toys 17.) Tetherball (Additional) 18.) Doggie Pool (Additional) More Amenities in Transit: 1.) Doggie Splash Pad (Estimated August 6th) SAFETY NOTES: 1.) I do have a dog of my own (very friendly and kept inside during bookings) and so I walk the yard daily to ensure there is no trash or hazardous objects in the yard. 2.) The pool is fenced in separately from the rest of the yard so that your fur-baby will not fall into the pool. Main pool usage is available for a small fee. Also, we have a separate dog pool that can be placed inside the pool fence or in the yard for a small water-filling fee. 3.) I do grow tomatoes and peppers. They are fenced in via a garden fence to keep pets away. However, the garden fence is just a few feet tall so it could be hurdled by large agile dogs. You are more than welcome to message me with any questions and I would be happy to let you preview the area before booking! We look forward to hosting you!

Hazards

There is a garden fence around my vegetable and pepper plants. The garden fence is meant to keep dogs out and works to discourage most dogs. However, as it is only a couple feet tall, it could be hurdled by large agile determined explorers! Plants include Basil, Tomatoes, Cayenne Peppers, and Jalapeño Peppers.

Main Pool Usage$7.0

Dogs have their own pool, but are welcome to use the main pool with their owner for an additional $7. The additional $7 goes towards the additional cleaning required due to the hair in the skimmers and filter.

Several Pool Noodles. Must be returned.

Separate Dog/Kiddie Pool$6.0

A shallow pool for dogs/kids. Separate from main pool, has no filter and is freshly filled prior to each guests arrival and cleaned thoroughly between guests. Additional price is for the water to fill it. And it can be placed inside the pool fence or in the yard, your preference.

Splash Pad$9.0

A shallow splash pad that connects to the hose and creates a fun water obstacle for kids and pups!

Please be respectful of the yard and leave it how you find it including picking up after your pet. Also, I have a dog of my own so please don’t leave trash or wrappers that would harm my puppy. I have a trash can provided for guests.

Arrive and leave on time, this is important for safety.
Pick up after your dogs. Leave the spot as it was when you arrived.

Only one booking is allowed at a time at any spot and there is an enforced 30 min buffer between all bookings to ensure dogs in separate bookings do not meet.
This spot is set for Booking, which means you will be instantly confirmed for any booking you request. You will receive the address and access instruction immediately following booking.
Visits can be moved or cancelled up to 2 hours before a visit.
Visits can be extended and dogs can be added throughout the visit.

    My corgi had a blast at this Sniffspot! The host, who was friendly, briefly greeted us in the beginning of the visit. Then, my pup got to adventuring! Although he was too much of a weenie to get in the pool, he had a blast exploring around. My boyfriend and I loved the pool. Definitely recommend checking it out! 🙂🐾
