**Summer: The times of day with the most shade are 8:30a-11a and after 4p. The yard is in complete shade after 6:30 pm. Middle of the day 11:30a-2:30p is the most sunny time. Welcome! Sniffspot holds a special place in my heart. My dog, Bran, is reactive and it was a life saver having a safe space to bring him and his sister, Miss Honey, to play! As an avid Sniffspot guest, I wanted to return the favor once I got a fully fenced in yard and host. My dogs love all the sniff action it brings too! Enjoy!

We hope our yard will also invite you relax and unwind as you watch your dog(s) play freely and having a great time. The dugout (shed) will have amenities for your convenience and enjoyment. Welcome to our spot! We have a big beautiful fully fenced in backyard with lots of features for pups to enjoy. Wide open grassy spaces, gentle hills, mossy areas, trees and bushes to explore, a small water feature, sunny and shady spots! We have a nice patio area with a variety of seating and tables. There is a hose for filling up dog bowls (please just ensure it is turned back off!). At the back of the yard, there is a gate leading out into woods/conservation area that can also be explored. If you bring kids, we have a small playhouse on the patio with some toys inside, along with two slides in the middle of the yard. Just ask for the WiFi password!
