Description

Our house is on .22 acres of land, with our backyard completely fenced in! Our yard gets some sunshine but also some shade from the trees lining the back of the yard, so it’s great for those warm summer days! There’s a bit of a slope to walk down into the yard, so just be aware as you enter through the gate! Your pups will love to run around the yard, while you get to sit and relax on the patio at the table and chairs! We have a bucket of dog toys for your pup to enjoy! There’s a space with dirt and sand, feel free to let your pup dig through- we don’t mind! During the warmer months you can enjoy a kiddie pool (for a small fee) or just the mist setting on the hose to cool off. Please note we do not provide towels so be sure to bring your own if you want to enjoy these amenities! If you’d like to rent at night, our patio is lit up by string lights, and we have additional motion sensor lights placed around the fence in the yard, so it’s perfect for a late night play session! We are located next to the highway, so there is some noise from traffic. Overall not very loud but occasionally there is some elevated noise levels with trucks, motorcycles, etc. Our yard is sprayed every 3 weeks for ticks and mosquitos, but there is still bug spray available to use if ever needed! We hope you enjoy!!

There is a kiddie pool available for use during your visit. We charge a small fee due to the water use and wear and tear on the pool itself. Feel free to use it as much as you’d like during your visit but please be sure to dump out any water at the end of your time. Thanks!

No more than 4 (human) guests during the visit please. If you need to accommodate additional guests, please send me a message to discuss. No parties, smoking, or drinking of any kind is allowed during your visit while on our property. For safety reasons, please stay off the hammock on the patio. Every dog that is going to be enjoying our space needs to be listed on the reservation.

Beautiful tree lined private property At least 4 acres not sure really how big the area is trees to sniff Open area to run around it’s just gorgeous here especially in the winter. It’s an open area and then some areas around trees little pathways for the faint at heart if you keep walking way down I’m not even really sure how to get there. You get out at conservation land Crocker Pond. Probably more like 7 acres total But I put four because it’s kind of the general usable area, but it gets kinda wooded way down back Your dog must be under your control at all times they can be off leash, but they must be in your control It’s gorgeous here

Welcome! Sniffspot holds a special place in my heart. My dog, Bran, is reactive and it was a life saver having a safe space to bring him and his sister, Miss Honey, to play! As an avid Sniffspot guest, I wanted to return the favor once I got a fully fenced in yard and host. My dogs love all the sniff action it brings too! This fully fenced yard with privacy fencing is just the right size to let your pup(s) safely explore, sniff, play and zoom while being able to easily keep any eye on them. No pesticides, chemicals or fertilizer are ever applied. There are areas of the yard with some bare spots and dirt but I see it as signs of love and happiness from all the pups that have come to play! **Outdoor lighting: There is a hardwired flood light that is motion activated and will remain on for 15 minute increments if not triggered by further motion. Pups moving about trigger the light so it will remain on your entire visit after dark! There are solar-powered string lights that give off a subtle glow. There are also solar-powered motion activated lights along the fence line that are also triggered by the pups. See spot photos for examples of the yard after dark!
