Description

Our house is on .22 acres of land, with our backyard completely fenced in! Our yard gets some sunshine but also some shade from the trees lining the back of the yard, so it’s great for those warm summer days! There’s a bit of a slope to walk down into the yard, so just be aware as you enter through the gate! Your pups will love to run around the yard, while you get to sit and relax on the patio at the table and chairs! We have a bucket of dog toys for your pup to enjoy! There’s a space with dirt and sand, feel free to let your pup dig through- we don’t mind! During the warmer months you can enjoy a kiddie pool (for a small fee) or just the mist setting on the hose to cool off. Please note we do not provide towels so be sure to bring your own if you want to enjoy these amenities! If you’d like to rent at night, our patio is lit up by string lights, and we have additional motion sensor lights placed around the fence in the yard, so it’s perfect for a late night play session! We are located next to the highway, so there is some noise from traffic. Overall not very loud but occasionally there is some elevated noise levels with trucks, motorcycles, etc. Our yard is sprayed every 3 weeks for ticks and mosquitos, but there is still bug spray available to use if ever needed! We hope you enjoy!!

No more than 4 (human) guests during the visit please. If you need to accommodate additional guests, please send me a message to discuss. No parties, smoking, or drinking of any kind is allowed during your visit while on our property. For safety reasons, please stay off the hammock on the patio. Every dog that is going to be enjoying our space needs to be listed on the reservation.

**Summer: The times of day with the most shade are 8:30a-11a and after 4p. The yard is in complete shade after 6:30 pm. Middle of the day 11:30a-2:30p is the most sunny time. **Outdoor lighting: There is a hardwired flood light that is motion activated and will remain on for 15 minute increments if not triggered by further motion. Pups moving about trigger the light so it will remain on your entire visit after dark! There are solar-powered string lights that give off a subtle glow. There are also solar-powered motion activated lights along the fence line that are also triggered by the pups. See spot photos for examples of the yard after dark! Welcome! Sniffspot holds a special place in my heart. My dog, Bran, is reactive and it was a life saver having a safe space to bring him and his sister, Miss Honey, to play!
