This beautiful half acre has a fantastic, unobstructed view of the foothills and Long's Peak. Sunsets are stunning from the Dog Park. There are some Russian Olive Trees on the South side of the Park that provide wonderful shade, as well as a cottonwood near the North side, providing even more shade. This is an unobstructed, fully fenced pasture where dogs can roam freely. Water is provided at the water pump.

My home is directly adjacent to a quaint park should owners want to continue a leisurely *leashed walk after the visit. Street parking and gate to yard are both easily accessible. For humans, our large covered patio features comfortable shaded seating around a spacious table—perfect for relaxing while your dog plays. Hi friends! If you are interested in our sniff spot, please park on the street in front of the house on either side of the driveway. Please do not park in the driveway or block the driveway for any reason. When you walk up, there is a sidewalk on the left side of the garage that leads to the backyard/sniff spot! The gate is kind of old, so there is a bungee cord to help it stay shut. We have one neighbor dog on each side that are sometimes outside. Please enjoy, and if you don't mind picking up any poo left behind, that would be greatly appreciated! Enjoy! NOTE: BOTH NEIGHBORS HAVE DOGS, IF YOUR DOG(S) IS REACTIVE TO OTHER DOGS, THIS MIGHT NOT BE THE SPOT FOR THEM. ALSO, THERE ARE PARTS OF THE FENCING THAT ARE SHORTER THAN OTHERS. I PLAN TO HAVE THE ENTIRE FENCE REPLACED THIS SUMMER, UNTIL THEN, IF THE SHORT FENCING IS AN ISSUE, THIS MIGHT NOT BE THE SPOT FOR YOUR PUP(S).

Animal waterer & hydrant on field SE corner of barn, water hydrant also in parking area with jug and bowl. Table & chairs by the barn and inside pavilion attached to barn (shade area), has a refrigerator to cool your drinks and water. Active goathead eradication. Have lure coursing available by appointment (must confirm by message for operator availability) and custom agility equipment (must make special arrangement for using that) and check ahead, the agility equipment is sometimes out at other locations for events. We know of a trainer who may be offering classes for Agility, Obedience & Behavior Modification at our location. If interested please contact us and provide your information, the trainer will setup a class time when we have sufficient interest to fill a class of 3-6 people at our location.

Hi, it says “dog park,” in the title but it’s a small backyard. No dogs of my own, but happy to share the yard, please clean up after yourself and pets. Ruby Hill area. There might be people home (inside) while you are there, if you want privacy, no problem just let me know before arriving! There’s a little dog on the other side of the fence who yaps sometimes when new dogs arrive, but he will stop eventually. I’ll send more details once you are booked, thanks!
