I have a large space that I am sure a dog will love to run in. In the summer, the "grass" (more weeds than actual grass) gets very dry. Year round there are A LOT of burrs due to the dryness so if your dog has longer fur they might get some attached to them. As well, in the winter, post rain, it can get muddy back there. It's a fairly large open space with a longer run on the side. Also, I want to note that in the back of the property the fence is lower, around 4/4.5 feet (the rest of the yard is at least 6 feet), so if your dog is a good jumper, this could be an issue. Great yard with 6ft fence all around it in West Oakland. Perfect for hanging out or training with your dog or letting him or her roam free for an hour (or more!) while you get things done. Completely secured with extra gate between font and backyard. All breeds and dogs of any size are welcome but please leave yard as you found it (broom and trash can provided!) The spot is walking distance to West Oakland Bart station (About 10-12 minute walk). We have neighbors on either side of our home but it’s a very quiet neighborhood overall. Please do note that occasionally you can hear a dog barking from houses in the neighborhood or voices of neighbors enjoying their yard. There are chairs and a coffee table on the patio for your use, if desired, while your dogs explores. A bowl with water and a hose is provided. Also on the corner of my street is a cafe where you can buy breakfast, lunch or a quick snack for while you hang out or after you finish - I highly recommend it! ****This spot is only to be booked between 8am and 7pm daily. No booking before or after those hours. Please arrive on time and please book a minimum of 30 minutes in advance. Also please only 2 human guests max with the dogs. Thank you!***

A lot of vegetation and places to sit down, meditate, read a book, study, or have a picnic. Your pup will love to play in our one-acre garden. Picking fruit or vegetable etc. is off the limit. Drinking water for animals is provided in various containers throughout the property. Please do not turn on or use any water equipment on our property - we had some serious problems in the past because of this. Please clean up after your dog’s “business”, smile. That’s a mandatory request. Waste bags are provided in a plastic box with other dog’s supplies) and a BROWN garbage can is in the front of the house by the street for your convenience. Thank you! Woof woof! 🌸 Note: in the rainy season we might not change the water for dogs because it’s senseless, so please arrive always with your own supply of water and if it’s raining you might like to wear rain boots as well. In the heart of North Oakland /Emeryville border this yard is a secret garden and lovely spot for all dogs. I am so happy to be able to share my yard with others who have dogs . Hi there! This yard is a fully enclosed corner lot. It wraps around the entire house for a lot of chasing fun! My small dog enjoys playing fetch without a worry in the world!

Aloha! Come enjoy a private wood in Piedmont with your pup! We have a driveway for parking, a fully fenced property, as well as additional fencing bordering the Sniffspot, Pono Pines. You will enter through the driveway, turn right into the gate, and follow the walkway through to the Grow Zone. Potty is okay in this first spot. Once you pass under the archways, you will see signs that say “no potty” for just a few yards until you reach the Pono Pines entrance. Pono Pines is equipped with an agility course, ball pit, fetch toys, enrichment toys, a water and wash up station, and many more amenities to make your stay a time of play!

We've got a big fenced in space that's very shaded, has lots of cool stuff to sniff, and has several chairs. There's often blooming flowers, a big redwood & an acacia tree as well!

We are a team of hosts made up of two humans, Hailee and Ryan. And, 3 pups - Vincent, Ox, and Bonnie. We have options available to take our dogs to another safe space while visitors are here. The three pups who call this place home will gladly offer up their yard, or a sunny spot on the hardwood, to a four-legged guest with ample time to prepare... For Vincent, Ox, and Bonnie it means they get to go on an adventure with mom or dad. Usually a hike at Joaquin miller with mom if its a short stay, or to spend some time with dad at work - a wood shop with a yard in San Leandro, if it's a longer stay. While here, your dog will have full access to the yard and common areas of the house. Bedroom doors will be shut to remove any tempting smells. There will be a doggy door for access to the yard, but if we haven't yet mastered that means of egress, no worries! The human hosts Hailee or Ryan will gladly operate the big door for access to the yard.

Half an acre, fully fenced. Includes a 50x100 flat grassy area with regulation agility equipment.

Pups of all sizes enjoy this spot. Half acre property, fully fenced and gated, good privacy, lawn, pool, lounge chairs, small table and chairs, flower gardens, redwood trees, olive trees, persimmon trees, meditation garden, hummingbirds, and even a red fire hydrant. Optional pool access for people can be purchased as an Extra, by the hour and by the person. The pool is below 70 degrees right now. We love all dogs and welcome dogs of all shapes and sizes and hair types to visit; however we can only offer pool access for non-shedding pups, as long hair and fur was unfortunately causing damage to the pool equipment; If you are booking for more than one non-shedding dog swimming or for longer than an hour, please message us with info about your dog(s) and we will create an extra for you for the number of dogs you have swimming . Most visitors find the lawn size ample for running around and throwing a ball a bit, but if you are looking for a field to throw a tennis ball as far as you possibly can with a Chuck-it, the yard is not really the right size and shape for that, sorry! Hours right now are 7:30am to 8:00pm. We look forward to your visit!
