This fully fenced, quarter-acre yard offers plenty of room to run, sniff, and explore. ✔️ Secure fencing suitable for both large and small dogs (minimum height approx. 4.5 ft) ✔️ Easy access directly from roadside parking – no long walk-ins ✔️ Full grass yard with a mix of cut lawn and mulch areas ✔️ Fresh drinking water provided on site ✔️ Poop bags available in a dispenser on the small blue building ✔️ Clean, well-maintained, and poop-free This is a simple, quiet, and functional space—great for off-leash time, training sessions, or just letting your dog be a dog. Please note: This is a BYOT space (Bring Your Own Toys) to help keep things sanitary for everyone.
