Welcome to our spacious, fully fenced 0.25-acre yard in Odenton, Maryland—perfect for off-leash fun, relaxation, and a refreshing swim! Amenities include: Swimming Pool - Available for both dogs and their human companions. The pool is open for use. Please note that water temperatures are currently over 80°F. All guests who choose to enter the pool do so at their own risk. Secure Fencing - The yard is enclosed with a 5-foot wooden privacy fence. A few boards have become loose over the winter and are scheduled for repair over the next few weeks. While the yard remains generally secure, we recommend maintaining visual contact with any dog that may be a flight risk, just as a precaution. On-Site Dogs: Occasionally, we board up to four dogs on-site. They are kept calm and separated during guest visits to ensure a peaceful experience. Come enjoy a private, safe, and fun environment for your dogs to run, play, and swim!

We take great pride in providing a safe, clean, and enjoyable experience for you and your pup. To make that possible, it’s critical that all guests read and follow the message below in its entirety. Parking & Guest Limits • Do not park on the grass or block any driveways. • All four tires must remain on the street. • Limit: 2 vehicles and 2 human guests per booking. Floats visible on-site are not for guest use. ⸻ 🏡 House Rules – Read Carefully: Respect the Property: • No littering. • No digging. • Do not move or use the host’s personal items (cabinet, chairs, grill, plants, floats, etc.). • No canopies, tents, or other personal setup structures. Conduct & Behavior: • No nudity, sexual activity, alcohol, drugs, or intoxication. • No glass anywhere on the property. • No parties or group events unless pre-approved by the host. • This is our home—not a public space. If your primary interest is recreational swimming for yourself, we recommend using Swimply.com instead. ⸻ 🧼 Cleanliness & Consideration: • Please brush your dog thoroughly before swimming. • Use the pool net before you leave to remove any loose hair. • Excess hair clogs our filters and creates an unpleasant experience for other guests. • We live by the motto: Leave it better than you found it. ⸻ 📸 Security & Additional Reminders: • Our property is monitored by cameras for the safety of all guests. • Close and latch the gate behind you to prevent escapes—this is critical. • We occasionally board dogs inside our home. Welcome to the Blue House Play Park! Easy to find and convenient entrance to the backyard right in front of the driveway. Feel free to park on the drive or in front of the house if parking is available, or anywhere you see fit in the cul-de-sac. You will have uninterrupted time with your pup(s) in my large fenced-in backyard. I have one doggo but won't be outside during your booked time. Feel free to use the hose for water and the trash can to dispose of waste. I have a container of dog toys available for use, as well as added agility equipment for those who wish to do a little training. Feel free to use the hose/wash area to rinse off your dogs paws after play, no need to add the extra for that. The extra is if you want all the other stuff included for a more in depth bathing. The grass in the yard is cut every two weeks during the summer leading into the fall months. There may be some divots/holes in the yard so please watch your footing.

Thanks for stopping by! We have a large fenced in backyard, great for your pet's playtime or puppy play dates! More than enough room for a dozen dogs! Our patio features a gazebo WITH overhead fan. Plenty of shade during the warmer months and a fire pit offers some extra warmth during the cooler months. During the summer season, Extras such as a puppy pool, Lounge Pool for Humans and sprinklers will be made available! Amenities: Snacks, Bottled Waters, and Poop Bags are always included. Wifi is available as well. We are a smoke friendly yard - lighter and ashtray are located on the patio table. Please dispose of all waste in the trashcan. Seating: We have 4 Chairs under the gazebo. We also have 5 other lounge chairs available in the yard. Parking: Our driveway can accommodate 7-9 vehicles. Street Parking is also available. If using the driveway, please pull far enough in to allow other vehicles to enter/exit.

I have a cooler of waters and sodas for purchase and always have pup water and toys. Please ensure your pet has low cut nails and do not allow scratching of the pool liner. Please add a flat pool fee of $20 as an extra if you intend to be IN the pool with your pet for supervision. This is not a public pool or pool lease or public pool but private service donation/fee for maintenance of pool ( line there added for nosy HOA) we have needed to add this to clear the pool filters, maintenance the liner and avoid large families having a pool party :) for quiet use of home space—sorry.
