Our spacious, fully fenced backyard is the perfect place for your pup to run, fetch, and explore to their heart's content! With a long layout ideal for high-energy zoomies and games of fetch, this yard is sure to tire out even the most active dogs. Features: Fully fenced with 8-foot fencing on three sides and 6-foot fencing (with privacy slats) for extra security and privacy. Tons of smells and things to explore! Your dog will love sniffing around! Dog toys available throughout the yard, your pup is welcome to enjoy them! A large L-shaped outdoor couch provides plenty of comfy seating for dog parents. Power extension cord near the couch for phone charging or laptops. Fresh water always available for dogs. Hose access for water play or rinsing off muddy paws. I also board dogs through Rover, so this space is dog-approved and well loved by regular canine guests! Your pup will feel right at home. Please note: There is a pigeon coop on-site that is securely dog-proofed. However, we kindly ask that owners supervise their dogs near it to ensure it stays safe and undisturbed.

Our beautiful backyard is fully enclosed for medium to large dogs. Smaller dogs have slipped though the fence slats at the back of the property. You get to enjoy to pool and the grass. Dogs can even get adventurous in the jungle we lovingly call "the grove" made up of shrub oak and aspens. Please note: smaller dogs can fit through the fence slats at the back of the property.

Our serene Sniffspot located near the intersection of Mutton Hollow and Thornfield Rd in Kaysville, Utah. Our property spans just under an acre, offering a diverse landscape for your dog's enjoyment. We also have a slatmill your dog can utilize upon request. The area is predominantly grassy, providing ample space for running and playing. The terrain is a mixture of gentle and steep hills, adding an element of adventure to your dog's exploration. Mature trees dot the property, creating a forest-like atmosphere with plenty of shade and interesting scents. We keep up on our pup's every week, but we can pick up before your visit upon request. A highlight of our space is a small, man-made waterfall and pond, introducing soothing sounds and a touch of tranquility. Water features are seasonal and will be dry or turned off during winter. Adjacent to our property are some goats which offer your dog a chance to safely observe farm animals from a distance. We also have a variety of gardens, some maintained and some that are wild, adding to the natural beauty and providing a variety of scents for your dog to discover. Our Sniffspot is designed to be a safe and engaging environment where dogs can explore, play, and relax in a natural setting. We own two dogs who love the yard, and one is extremely friendly and would love a playdate if you so desire. We look forward to welcoming you and your furry friend!

Both of my dogs are geriatric and enjoy the backyard to sunbathe but I do miss why I bought this backyard in the first place. For medium to large dogs, it's not a huge space but that doesn't mean they can't enjoy the peace that you get back here. If you have little dogs, it's the best place in the world for them. If you have reactive dogs, it's the best place in the world for you, Your dogs cannot get out nor fight any other dogs in the neighborhood through my fence. If they enjoy screaming at squirrels, this is your spot. They get to learn and smell all the things from my old dogs that are completely vaccinated. Opal is a pyrenees mix who is 13 years old and Rupert is a dachshund mix who is 16 in this year 2025. They love the sunshine and the snow but they are old, so please come enjoy what they sleep through most days 💜
