Half an acre fully fenced. We have chairs, fire pit, smoking area, water hose, allow digging, enjoy any fruit on the trees when in season, swings and kid stuff to play on/with for young children. Dog toys, sticks, water bowls, dogs can play on the kids playground structures as well. 420 friendly!
I have such a large yard and we love furry friends.
My backyard is a decent size. It has livestock fencing on the backside and the side of And chain-link in the front there’s a kitty pool for the dogs to play in with a hose Spicket right there and there is seating and a wall plug
My private Backyard. It's not much but it's clean
It's a 10-acre property with a vineyard, free-range chicken will be visible upon entering. Big open space slightly downhill on the left side of the vineyard. The middle part of the property is a small kid's playground that opens up to the pond where ducks and geese hang then it opens up to another open field terrain on the right and a small wooded area on the left which is still open and connected to the pond. This is the property line which is a WATERLINE (no fencing along waterlines) Once grape season starts which is typically the end of August-October, wild turkeys and deers may be visible because they love partaking from our future harvest but would be okay if your dog shoo them away :) Around harvest time may see more people than usual, intermittently due to harvest but sniffspot is way far down the road, so no worries about space! Summertime gets dry but we mow the land and the vineyard is in full bloom! Winter is a dormant period, rare to see people only a couple in the the middle of vineyard trimming around January until Spring time. It would be best if your dog is trained to do recall. If you are unsure about our property and still have questions and concerns, you are more than welcome to do an ocular inspection and if it does not fit your dog's needs and capabilities, we'll be more than willing to refund you, just send us a message. Thank you for reading all the details of the property before a visit as well! (Detailed map & pic directions sent after booking!)
5 acres of pasture with 3 different areas, huge open area to play fetch and stay clean with 2 other gated pastures with places to explore with a seasonal creek, we have a wash area with hot water for muddy paws or bodies! If you would like to let your 🐶 out in to the pasture area please message me when you make your reservation so I can move the horses 🐴 Please find my Facebook page, Jeannette’s Sniffspot , for current conditions of my Sniffspot
Welcome to our farm! We are an organic vegetable farm, most the vegetables are grown in the greenhouses, so please do your best to keep the dogs out of them. The rest of the property is free to roam. Soil to dig, pond to swim in, and plenty of smells. The cows and chickens are separated by an interior fence. The dogs are welcome to go up to the fence line and sniff around. If the cows seem agitated use your best judgment and keep them at a distance. There is a sitting area with water bowls at the pond. The pond is located between the house and the barn, look for two large cement tanks and you’ll find it. Please feel free to pick and eat blackberries when in season. But please do not eat fruit from the trees. Parking is by the solar panels. Enjoy!
Grass, trees and fully fenced! There is a small gap with the gates, largest one is 5 inches from the ground for those of you who have really small dogs, I just want guests to know :)
There’s so much to do for dogs up here close to Hudson way which is loaded with fun trails and biking. Bring your pup to play on our log stack and run through the fields. There’s so much nature out here to keep even the most chill dogs interested. There’s plenty of parking and places to sit and relax while your buddy gets his energy out. Head down to the river at Purdon crossing or Edwards to cool off after the fun.

Pleasant Valley Creekside Ranch https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=61550228295246&mibextid=b06tZ0 *Just a couple things to note: There is not a “hiking trail” on our property. Our spot is meant for those who are looking to have a fun safe place to swim and play as well as those who want to enjoy some or all of the amenities we provide. Additionally our creek is not shared with any public access. The strip of land across the creek which is mainly covered in overgrowth of blackberries and trees is privately owned and fully fenced. No public access is granted there. Additionally during rattlesnake season it is always good to be aware of your surroundings no matter where you go, however we have not encountered any snakes on our property to this date. Our creek as well as many other play areas on our property is used safely daily by our 2 labs, 2 frenchies, kitty, family, friends and Sniffspot reservations*
