HOST NOTE

Gravel parking lot and entrance into the Sniff Spot and 1st part inside - Able to navigate on crutches. However, for a Small Wheeled Drive Brand Walker gravel not easy However, once past the gravel, easy to navigate. Would not recommend for a Walker, Has some uneven spots in grass area. If you see anything that needs attention please let me know. Please only wear closed toe shoes for your protection. All equipment is for dogs only, has NOT been professionally done it was set up cute for dogs to play and have fun, please make sure it's safe for your furbabies before letting them play. Always watch your furbabies. High spots and low, have to step over wood in gate area. Tiny dogs might be able to fit thru some spots please check to make sure it right for your dogs before taking off lease.

It's NOT professionally made, it's cute for dogs to have fun. Hello! I have 2.5 fully fenced in acres for your dog to run, sniff, swim and explore. I do have goats on the property (and my neighbors) that are fenced separately, but dogs have access to smell them. Dogs aren’t able to access goats, but the can get close to smell them. There are horses, goats, donkeys, and chickens nearby, but not on the property. There’s a small pond with fish and frogs, and a pool that dogs can access. I have a small dog who may bark when you arrive but will stop quickly. There are several cats on the property who are used to large dogs and very good at disappearing. Chances are you won’t see them at all. I also have two small pastures that can be closed off to keep dogs in a smaller area if necessary. Lots of trees for shade. Our grass is always cut down and we keep the property watered so no sign of rattlesnakes. During the summer months, there are stickers if the dogs venture off the grass. We have had several dogs come visit the property and they always love coming back. I try to meet everyone for their first visit but if I can’t I will send a message letting you know. If you would prefer not to be bothered just let me know. Some dogs like their space, I won’t be offended at all. There is a picnic table by the pool so feel free to bring a snack or lunch and enjoy. I look forward to having you and your pup come visit.

Wide Open Space - Time for Rain Boots

Wide open pasture, fully fenced in. There's only one spot with irrigation so it gets dry, crackling, and some parts down to dirt in the summer. We do have an area that is grass for the dogs to roll around in. In the winter there can be a stream of water going through the middle of the pasture after rain. We have a Big water dish for dogs. Small pool for dogs to play in (we fill the pool every day, but can get the extra to have it freshly filled for your pup) Have toys and treats for the pups. Have friends with dogs?! Bring them all and come make a day of it! Feel free to bring a bbq, stereo, or games. Plenty of room for both the pups and the people to hang out and have a good time! We now have a porta potty for guests!! There are sheep in adjacent pasture certain times of the year but there is a 50+ foot buffer zone fenced off to keep sheep away from the fence.
