“My dogs will be kept in the house. The blinds and curtains will be shut. It is possible they may bark or howl. The neighbor on one side has dogs. They are nowhere near this fenced in area. The neighbor behind me has two dogs, but they are only outside sporadically. The street in front of the house is visible, and it is possible someone could walk by with or without a dog. The street is a decent distance away from the fence.”

“I have 2 dogs. The neighbors across the street have recently acquired chickens which like to cross the road into the front of my yard sometimes. I have two mini cows, but they are in a separate area. They are visible from the area the dogs will be in. You may request that I put the cows away during your visit.”

We live on a corner lot. There is a high, spaced fence along the public sidewalk. There is a kiddie pool (during summer), a rain garden (not really for the dogs, but in case you're worried about water it can temporarily fill up during and after heavy rainfall), and some agility equipment (four jumps and six weave poles) upon request. Easiest access to the yard is to park on E Taylor and enter through the north gate. Please open the gate with the inside latch (about chest height); please do not open the gate with the in-ground bolt. There is a tall, silver trash can on the patio for any human trash. There is a short, silver trash can near the north gate entrance for Dog Bags. Please enjoy a patio chair, dog toys, sunscreen, bug spray, and hammock (weather permitting). Backyard is East Facing so gets lots of morning sun. There is a sun shade over part of the patio but the patio area is 100% shaded by 3:30-4p, the yard is ~50% shaded by 6p, ~100% shaded by 7p.

I have a dog that is not friendly with others. So it’s important for the safety of everyone to come during your slot. The water has a blue dye that is safe for people and animals. It’s a dye that aids in blocking uv rays. Please be sure to check weather. If we get heavy rain it can get muddy in areas. Garbage by our barn see photos. Check parking info.
