8 acre pasture completely fenced in with wood fence and field wire. The outer perimeter has a cleared walking path as well as the middle of the field. Separate smaller fenced in area (1/4 acre) can be requested for use as well. You are allowed to drive your vehicle in to the field without having to leash your pup! It’s such a large area that waste removal isn’t required unless it’s on the walking path. If that happens, please dispose of over the fence. Shovel provided a entry. We have a beautiful 80 acre farm with loads of space for furry friends and their owners to enjoy the outdoors! ****EFFECTIVE APRIL 1**** Our back large field that leads to our wood walking trails- please remain to the right side following tire mark trail. It is hay growing season and need to commit to that trail. This will be in place until our hay cut at the end of the summer, early fall. *please fill in any holes your dog may dig. This has been an increasing issue on our property. If your dog is a digger please visit our over grown arena which is at the very top of our driveway and has a bridge . They can dig to their hearts content in that location! This is a working farm! We have animals that need tending too, so you may hear us from time to time on equipment/ tending to our animals! We have options of fenced in spaces for our friends that prefer to be closed in, a space for climbing and digging , and open spaces to run or trails to walk! Currently back trails are not officially marked but path is clear with tire tracks. Please be mindful of trees or branches from above and below. Possible risk of tripping and falling in the paths. *****please take note for friends looking to use fenced in area-we have slats that need replacing****** This is on our spring repair list this year, so please use with caution. We also do sell our farm fresh, free range eggs, as an addition to our services, which you will find in the extras. You can add in with your reservation! We can’t wait for you all to visit! Welcome to The AmericanK9 Dog Ranch! Our huge field is fully fenced in! We have a wide variety of amenities for our guests as well! We have water on site in field, a poop station in the field and parking lot, bathroom on site and amazing views. We also provide some toys too! This is truly a dog’s paradise! We hope you enjoy your visit!

Fully enclosed fenced backyard. Lots of space to run and chase balls. Wide open. Lots of shade in the morning, full sun for a couple hours during the day, and scattered shade from neighboring trees in the late afternoon.  Pesticide-free and natural lawn care, maintained and mowed on a regular schedule. Soft plush grass that feels good on paws and feet. Bring a blanket to lie down on and have a picnic!

Fur-Get Me Not is a leading daycare, boarding, and training facility in the area. We welcome the dog community to exercise and provide mental stimulation utilizing our facility when the dog training school is not actively in use. We work with many rescues and also reactive and fearful dogs. We understand the need to provide a safe play space for these dogs and happy to offer our facility as a stress-free option.

Blue Stoop Dog Park is located conveniently between Ballston and Bluemont Park. Walking access to the Bluemont bike trail via our quiet street is safe and easy. On-street parking is readily available. WiFi and power outlets are available as well. WiFi information will be sent to you before your first visit. We have fresh water access, a variety of treats, and dog toys available for use. All shared items are disinfected after each guest. Special requests are welcome, and we will do our best to accommodate those needs. Blue Stoop private dog park is fully-fenced with a 6 ft privacy fence surrounding the back of the property. It includes access to a covered porch with two chairs. Additional chairs are available as well.

Privacy fenced in large section of backyard. Located right by East Falls Metro. One driveway space will always be available for use. Lots of street parking after 5pm and on weekends. I dog sit as well and the dogs LOVE the back yard. Will never have both clients at the same time though. Your dog/ dogs will be the only ones here during your booking. Lots of trees so there's always both sun and shade depending on your preference. I've found it challenging to juggle setting up the sniff spot space on short notice so I'm trying out just offering the space and fewer amenities at a lower price. Chairs are available near the house if youd like to take them into the sniffspot area. Just put any dog waste bags in the big green trash can in the driveway on your way out. The easiest way to figure out how to enter the sniffspot space is to enter through the driveway then turn left and enter the other wooden gate. The backyard area with the treehouse is not the sniffspot area as it is not as secure. Please do not unleash your dogs until they are secured in the sniffspot area.

This 1 acre fenced in yard is a dog’s playground heaven. Plenty of room to run and play safely or for doggy exercise. No matter what your plans are you’ll have a great time.
