🌴 Welcome to your pup’s private oasis! Enjoy a fully fenced backyard with plenty of grassy space to run, sniff and play, plus an in-ground swimming pool for dogs who love the water. Your reservation is completely private, so your pup can explore and play without sharing the yard with other guests. Humans can relax in the shade while the dogs have their fun. Fresh drinking water and a water bowl are provided, along with easy access to a trash can for cleanup. 🐾 What you’ll enjoy: • Fully enclosed with 6 foot privacy fence, a great option for reactive, shy or dog-selective pups who are more comfortable enjoying their own space. • In-ground swimming pool • Large grassy play area • Fresh water & dog bowl • Outdoor seating with shade • Quiet residential setting Please note that while no other dogs will be in the yard during your reservation, this is a residential neighborhood, so neighbors, people or dogs may occasionally be seen or heard outside the property. Whether your pup wants to zoom around the yard, cool off in the pool, sniff to their heart’s content, or simply lounge in the Florida sunshine, we hope you both feel right at home. 🐶💦🌴

The fence near the street is ~6 feet and the fence that separates our neighbor's yard is ~4 feet. We have a large inground pool that dogs and humans are welcome to enjoy. We have a covered area with a table, chairs and loveseat. Because we have dogs ourselves, guest dogs and humans will not be allowed up the stairs to the 2nd level deck. There will be a partition in place to prevent access.

Come let your dogs play in this beautiful pool with an intercoastal view. A large ledge for romping around for those pups that are a little unsure! The pool is heated in winter and chilled in the summer months. There's complimentary off-street parking! If there's a time that you don't see available, please contact me personally, and I may be able to accommodate you, especially if you are a returning customer. Please remember that I am on Clearwater Beach, and traffic can be backed up depending on your timing, so give yourself some extra time. For safety reasons with my open Seawall and pool, I do not allow children under 16. Parking on Clearwater Beach is tricky, because we do not have street parking on my street, only TWO vehicles are allowed per visit, please try to carpool.
