55This was the first time using Sniffspot and even though I was nervous about doing this for the first time, it was really a great experience. The yard was clean and perfect size there is fencing and gating all around nothing can get in or out and that made me feel even better. It was a beautiful sunny day today and there was also a huge spot for shade for me my dog. This backyard was great , thank you to the owners for having us.

55My first time trying sniff spot, had an awesome experience! Beautiful clean yard! 4ft fence on all sides (one neighbor has 6ft fence one side) so I would be weary if your dog jumps fences. Neighbor let their dog out and their dog was trying to tustle with my dog through the fence. Just a heads up for reactive dogs! Otherwise was peaceful and my dog enjoyed the space and the shade under the trampoline!
55Absolutely lovely back yard. Paradise. Really appreciate the extra touches like big bowl and jug of water, toys, treats and safe spray for ticks and fleas. My fur babies had a lot of fun running around.

Description

Hello little ones and dog owners. I actually have a 8,241 square feet yard size. I would say that is medium size that is gated all around as you see in the pictures exactly. Lots of room for running around, digging space, explore and have fun! I do have a fire pit in the middle of the yard and a patio deck for dog owners to sit and relax. I don't have much playing toys, but I have plenty of sticks and a ball that can be bitten and thrown. Don't worry, I can buy more toys or you can supply your dog's own favorite toys. I don't have any dog's. There are neighborhood dogs in their respective homes that may bark, but don't worry they can't jump over their fence or anything from their owners homes. If you would like little humans to play with dogs just let me know, if not the space will be yours alone. You can park in front of the house or in the driveway. Any other questions please don't hesitate to ask.

We live on a corner lot. There is a high, spaced fence along the public sidewalk. There is a kiddie pool (during summer), a rain garden (not really for the dogs, but in case you're worried about water it can temporarily fill up during and after heavy rainfall), and some agility equipment (four jumps and six weave poles) upon request. Easiest access to the yard is to park on E Taylor and enter through the north gate. There is a tall, silver trash can on the patio for any human trash. There is a short, silver trash can near the north gate entrance for Dog Bags. Please enjoy a patio chair, dog toys, sunscreen, bug spray, and hammock (weather permitting). Backyard is East Facing so gets lots of morning sun. There is a sun shade over part of the patio but the patio area is 100% shaded by 3:30-4p, the yard is ~50% shaded by 6p, ~100% shaded by 7p.
