We will provide our raised outdoor bathtub with dog shampoo and towels. A hose with sprayer is available; no hot water, but cool water on hot days. Extra nice after playing in the SplashPad, another of our extras!

Photo Booth5 credits

We will set up a photo area for your dog and his or her friends with a Birthday theme or a seasonal theme (Fall, holidays, etc.) Just let us know in advance so we can provide a creative set-up for you!

Splashpad5 credits

We will put out our Splashpad for the dogs to enjoy. if you choose this extra, you may want to add the Bathtub extra so your dogs can be clean and somewhat dry for the ride home!

The Back 40

When you book "The Back 40" you have access to the original, smaller, The Mannerly Dog Sniffspot, so no one will be using it while you're here! You'll still have your own private dog park, just a bigger one. You will not see us or our dogs. One neighbor has chickens - they are catty-corner to The Back 40, in the rear. They are in a pen and may cluck or crow at times. the yard catty-corner on the other side occasionally has a couple of dogs in it, but it's pretty rare - it could happen though. You might see or hear humans on the other side of the wooden fence that runs the full 300 feet along the side of both Sniffspots. Otherwise, the area is serene and quiet with plenty of squirrels and birds. Sit and rest or play with your dog - either way, we hope you enjoy your visit!
