I’m Barbie. 💕 Animals have always held a very special place in my heart, and I’m so happy to welcome you and your fur babies to Pawidise Island! 🐕🌴💦 We hope you relax, have fun, and make some wonderful memories with your pups. Before your visit, please take a moment to read the information below so everyone can have a safe and PAWSOME experience. 🐾 🐾 PLEASE READ BEFORE YOUR VISIT 🐾 ⏰ RESERVATION TIME Your reservation begins and ends at the scheduled time. If you arrive late, those minutes are unfortunately lost, and your reservation will still end at the originally scheduled time. Please depart ON TIME. Another guest and their dog may be arriving shortly after you, and unexpected contact between unfamiliar dogs may not be safe. 👥 GUESTS • 2 people are included per reservation, regardless of the number of dogs. • Maximum: 4 people total. • 🔞 All guests must be 21 years of age or older. No one under 21 is permitted. Additional guests require the appropriate Xtra: • 3rd or 4th guest — No Pool: $10 Xtra each • 3rd or 4th guest — Pool Access: $20 Xtra each 🏊 POOL ACCESS FOR THE 2 INCLUDED GUESTS ✅ 1 person in the pool at a time is included at no additional charge. ➕ If both of the 2 included guests would like to be in the pool at the same time, please add the $10 “2 in Pool” Xtra. This $10 Xtra applies only to the 2 guests already included with your reservation. It does not cover a 3rd or 4th guest. Please select the appropriate additional-guest Xtra when applicable. 🚗 PARKING • 1 vehicle is included with your reservation. • A 2nd vehicle requires the $5 Xtra. 💦 POOL Please bring towels if your dog will be swimming. Our pool is a wonderful amenity for you and your pups to enjoy, but please remember that Pawidise Island is a private dog park with a pool amenity — not a pool-party rental. 🐶💦 🐕 HEAVY-SHEDDING DOGS German Shepherds, Huskies, Golden Retrievers, Labradors, and other heavy-shedding breeds can leave a significant amount of fur in the pool — even when their coats are cut or shaved short. If your dog uses the pool, please: 🫧 Remove the visible floating fur from the surface of the pool with the blue pool net before departing OR ➕ Select the Pool Fur Xtra, and we will take care of the additional pool cleaning for you: • 1 dog: $10 • 2 dogs: $20 This helps protect the pool equipment and keeps the water clean and ready for the guests arriving after you. 💙 🚿 DOG BATHING Want to rinse or bathe your pup before heading home? The outdoor hose is available with the appropriate Xtra: • 1 dog: $3 • 2 dogs: $6 • 3 dogs: $9 Please bring your own towels and shampoo. 🧸🐕 DOG TOYS Dog toys are placed where they are easy for your pups to grab, enjoy, and return. 🎾 🧹 Before departing, please help us by returning the toys to their designated area. ⚠️ If you notice a broken or unsafe toy, please do not leave it out for another dog to find. Simply place it inside the 🗑️ trash can located next to the coolers. 💩🐾 POOP STATION We have an amazing dog-waste station underneath the 🌳 oak tree — just like you would find at a real park! 👀 Please keep an eye on your dog during your visit and clean up after them accordingly. 🗑️ Waste bags and disposal are conveniently available at the station. 🌊 LAKE Please enjoy our beautiful lake view, but the lake is for VIEWING ONLY. 🚫 No people or dogs may enter the lake. 🐊 Alligators are rarely seen, but they are part of Florida wildlife and should never be approached, fed, or disturbed. 🏃 NO HUMAN RUNNING For everyone's safety, please do not run in the backyard. The yard is for your fur babies to run, zoom, explore, and play! 🐕💨🐾 🐶 NEIGHBOR DOGS Our neighbors have two male Goldendoodles. They are not outside all day, but when they are outside, they can REALLY bark! 😄🐕🐕 Don't worry — they're just being very enthusiastic neighbors! 🎾🍹 COMPLIMENTARY GOODIES We want you and your pups to feel at home! 🐕 Dog toys are provided for your pups to enjoy. 🍹 Snacks and drinks for our human guests are complimentary. 🦴 Treats for your furry companions are complimentary too! ✨ EXTRAS Please take a moment to check the EXTRAS section of your Sniffspot reservation for optional additions and any applicable fees before your visit. ✅ We prioritize your safety and want you and your pup to have a fun, relaxing, and memorable visit. Simplemente colóquelo dentro del 🗑️ basurero ubicado al lado de las neveras. 💩🐾 ESTACIÓN PARA DESECHOS Tenemos una excelente estación para los desechos de los perros debajo del 🌳 árbol de roble — ¡igual que las que encontraría en un parque! 👀 Por favor vigile a su perro durante la visita y recoja sus desechos según sea necesario. 🗑️ Bolsitas y un recipiente para desecharlas están disponibles en la estación para facilitar la limpieza. 🌊 LAGO Disfrute de la hermosa vista del lago, pero el lago es SOLAMENTE PARA OBSERVAR. 🚫 Ni las personas ni los perros pueden entrar al lago. 🐊 Rara vez se ven caimanes, pero son animales silvestres de Florida y nunca deben acercarse, alimentarse ni molestarse. 🏃 NO CORRER — PERSONAS Por la seguridad de todos, por favor no corra en el patio. ¡El patio es para que sus peluditos corran, jueguen, exploren y disfruten! 🐕💨🐾 🐶 PERROS DE LOS VECINOS Nuestros vecinos tienen dos Goldendoodles machos.
