Description

Welcome to my private, large open yard with 6’ high secure fencing where your dog can safely run, sniff and relax with no other dogs present. This space is designed for peaceful, one-on-one time for just you and your pup. Enjoy the wide open yard with no trees so plenty of space for your pups to run and do zoomies and get some great exercise. This yard is not connected to our home so it gives you very private time with your dogs. We are located on a beautiful, spacious corner lot. While the yard is massive and fully enclosed with a secure 6-foot fence, please note that it borders a main road. Dogs who are highly sensitive to seeing passing cars might find it distracting, but it is the absolute perfect playground for high-energy pups who love wide-open spaces to fetch, run zoomies and burn off energy safely! All visits must be booked at least 2 hours in advance through Sniffspot for each day and time …no drop-ins or recurring standing visits. This helps keep the schedule fair and ensures every guest has a reserved, private experience. 🐾🐾REFERRAL REWARD 🐾 Love our yard? Share it with friends and family! When they book their first visit, let me know and your next 1-hour visit is completely free! Thank you for supporting us! 🐾 I’m excited to share a new little touch of barnyard magic — there is usually a seasonal Photo Spot near the barn for you to to get some cute pics of your pup. It’s just a fun way to make your visit a little more memorable. Please share your photos with me too. Have fun, and as always - come sniff, stay awhile, and capture the country dog magic. We are located in Pepperell, MA, making us an easy drive for dog parents in Groton, Townsend, Dunstable, Hollis, and Nashua, NH. If you are looking for a completely private, stress-free alternative to public dog parks in the Middlesex County or Southern New Hampshire area, our yard is the perfect peaceful escape! We are located right off of 119 (South Rd) in Pepperell. Turn onto Powhatan Road and I am the 1st driveway on the left (black mailbox). Please pull down my driveway and park off to the right at the curve so that the driveway doesn’t get blocked. My mastiffs will be in the house or in their fenced area off the house but may possibly see you and you may hear them barking or howling but they are just jealous you are out in their barnyard having fun 😊 …they will quiet right down. Come on over and hope you have a great time.

Hazards

HOST NOTE

🐾 A Note on Wildlife & Scents: This spot features an authentic 1880s barn with no animals (just used for storage). While the yard is completely fenced, local small wildlife (like rabbits, chipmunks and field mice) can frequently nest under the old barn foundation. The lingering scents are amazing for dogs who love a 'Sniffari,' but if your pup has a very high prey drive or gets easily frustrated by animal smells they can't reach, please keep this distraction in mind before booking!

I’ve been a dog lover since I was a kid. I’ve had furkids for over 30 years and I’m a Cane Corso momma. They make my life complete ♥️ I’ve been to dog parks before and never happy about the amount of aggressive dogs off leash that run up to us and also don’t like the amount of 💩 all over the place. I love having this piece of fenced in land to allow dogs to come and enjoy a safe place to run and play 😊

Tricia's 0.5 Acre Fully Fenced Private Dog Yard with Pool In Chelmsford

Fully Fenced

0.5 acres

This backyard oasis was built for my Golden Retriever, Cooper. He enjoyed romping around in the grass, climbing over the rocks, and most especially swimming in the pool! It makes my heart happy to share this with other pups and their humans. Safe and secure for pups of all shapes and sizes. Humans need to be careful on natural stone steps to the pool. The pool is 12' x 24' and the depth ranges from 3' to 6'. This is a three tired backyard. The entrance has a small patio, the pool deck then an expansive lawn area below. Plenty of room for running and playing! There is also a bathroom in the basement.

Fully Fenced Spacious Yard - Fitchburg

Fully Fenced

1 acre

JUNE 8th UPDATE: new six foot privacy fence installed to allow for full privacy. They told me to give the fence a few days to settle and then I will be reopened with more hours. Thank you for your patience. This fenced in back yard has plenty of space for dogs to run about. The driveway is long enough that you’ll have your own private and close spot right next to the gate. Peaceful and beautiful backyard. One neighbor is visible but rarely out. Sometimes their dog is outside and will bark but then they take him in. Fenced about five feet tall.

Chelsey's 0.8 Acre Unfenced Private Dog Park In Londonderry

Our yard offers plenty of open grassy space for your pup to run, sniff, explore, and get some energy out. We’re located on a quiet neighborhood street surrounded by trees, so it feels private and relaxing. There are occasionally neighborhood dogs that walk by with their owners, so please keep that in mind if your dog is especially reactive to seeing other dogs. Feel free to make yourself comfortable in the outdoor chairs while your pup plays and enjoys the yard. We hope you both have a relaxing and fun visit!

Fully Fenced Private Dog Park In Nashua

Located just minutes from downtown Nashua, at our Sniffspot you’ll never know you’re in the city. Play a game of fetch on our large, fully fenced grassy lawn. Sick of fetch? Strap on a leash and enjoy our short path through the woods (where you might catch a glimpse of our curious chickens or even a giant bullfrog in our creek)! Our pups love our Spot, and so will yours!
