Unlike a typical flat backyard, our property backs directly onto a beautiful wooded ravine and creek, giving curious dogs plenty of sights, sounds and smells to investigate. The upper portion of the yard features a grassy area that’s great for running, playing and relaxing. From there, the property slopes approximately 45 degrees down through natural, maintained vegetation toward the wooded ravine. Dogs who love exploring will especially enjoy the hill, while a stone walkway provides an easier route up and down for their humans. 🌲 Ravine & woodland setting Enjoy views into the trees and toward the creek at the bottom of the property. The creek itself is safely beyond the perimeter fence and is not accessible to dogs or guests. 🐕 Fully fenced & private The entire yard is enclosed with a combination of wood and chain-link fencing, approximately 5 feet or higher. The upper portion has taller wooden fencing for additional privacy. 🏃 3,400 sq. ft. to explore Approximately one-third of the property is an upper grassy play area, with the remainder providing sloped natural terrain for sniffing and exploring. 🌧️ Sheltered seating Chairs are available for guests, along with a covered area underneath the deck where you can sit out of the sun or stay dry during a light rain. 🌲 Natural shade Pine trees provide additional shade throughout parts of the property. 💧 Water available A hose is available along the side of the house for fresh water. 🚪 Easy private entrance Enter directly through the side gate without having to come through the house. 🚗 Easy parking Parking is available in the driveway and on the street. 🐶 No resident dog interaction Our dog Houston remains safely inside the house during all Sniffspot visits, so your dog can enjoy the yard without having to interact with another dog. Whether you’ve got a high-energy dog who needs to burn off some steam, a curious sniffer who loves exploring new terrain, or a dog who simply does better away from busy public dog parks, Wildwood Ravine offers a peaceful little escape in the city.
