Four Season Fun in Port Orchard

We have a large fully fenced in yard for your pup to come and play in, we have seating either around a fire pit or under a covered patio to escape the sun. It’s in a relaxing setting, I’m in a quiet neighborhood with a woodsy setting.

My husband and I are dog and animal lovers. We want to provide people who are in similar situations to us a few years ago (before we purchased our home) a place for their puppers to run free. Fully Fenced! Parking along the yard in the alley. Pictures of your pup adventures are encouraged! *there is a spigot on the back of the house at the bottom of the stairs to fill the water bowl if it happens to be empty.

** 2/10/2023: Your dog WILL get MUDDY - my yard has nowhere near as much grass as it used to. Feel free to spray your dog(s) off with the hose and/or use the towels provided. ** 8/26/2022: I just started offering memberships - please sign up if you're interested and we'll see how this goes. You can choose 2, 4, or 8 hours/month. ** 8/12/2022: I just updated my spot settings to allow a timeslot to be booked no more than 14 days into the future. (Although preferably within a few days/one week is best - my spot's day-to-day accessibility changes often!) So, if it looks like my spot is closed, it's not! It's just no longer showing availability so far into the future. ** Thank you for continuing to leave a review every time you visit and add photos - it helps a lot, and I LOVE seeing the photos of all the cute dogs enjoying the yard! I have quite a big yard for this area. It is fully enclosed by a 6' wooden fence. Between the yard and the patio the total area is roughly 3200 sq feet. I have a rockery that dogs love to run up and down, juniper bushes, a large covered and uncovered patio area, a kiddie pool in the hot weather, 2 water bowls (and a hose for replenishing the water/pool if needed), lots of tennis balls and toys, and a large perimeter to sniff! There is a bench, small table, and some Adirondack chairs in the backyard (and more chairs and a larger table up on the patio) for the humans... feel free to move them around as you wish! There is plenty of space to throw balls and toys; if you have mobility issues and cannot go down into the backyard, you can stay up on the patio and have your dog bring the ball back to you. Most dogs love to run up & down the rockery! Your dog(s) will be very tired and happy by the end of the Sniff! Side note: I do dog-sitting, dog walks, and drop-in visits through Rover, and I always love to meet new doggos if they are friendly! :) Thanks and enjoy the time with your dog(s)!!

Very large area for dogs to run and play. Easy parking and entrance to backyard. You can have the back yard to yourself. There is a table, chairs, some toys like tennis balls and a throwing thingy, fresh water and a large garbage disposal bin to leave poop bags at the entrance gate. Come and enjoy our yard. WE HAVE JUST FINISHED A 10 X 12 METAL GAZEBO THAT WILL PROVIDE SHELTER FROM THE RAIN.

2.1 acres of fully-fenced heaven. As a dog owner/lover, this provides a necessary peace of mind. Pull inside the gate, and let ‘em lose! Poop happens typically w/in first 10 mins; bags can be disposed in trash. Hose water available by front door, back patio, and chicken coop area. All areas are fair game once you are inside the gate. Once a stop on the Gig Harbor Garden Tour, this property boasts a variety of terrain to keep your pup(s) busy for hours. We are at the end of a private lane, and the back of the property abuts to 50 acres of DNR. Sightings of cattle, wild peacocks, deer, raccoons and grouse are common. Make yourself (and family) at home around the fire pit, small orchard, tree house, trampoline, hammocks, flagstone paths and trails. Good shoes highly recommended.

Centrally located between the I5 and 512 off Waller Road and Canyon Road. Beautiful landscaped park like setting with an indoor arena suitable for small to medium sized dogs to play. The arena opens up to the fully fenced 1/4 acre grass dog playpen. The South facing gate in the dog pen opens up to the backwoods area. We have two fully fenced areas (front and back of the house) as well as an unfenced, wooded area on the corner (with a walking path). Lots of running space! There are usually a few chairs out there so make yourself comfortable. There's shade and shelter from rain. Only one neighbor (no houses in front or back of ours) and not on a busy street. We have one dog who will remain inside during visits. We also have friendly chickens who are fully enclosed outside the fenced yard - and they don't spook easily (our dog interacts with them frequently). We work from home full-time but both yards are accessible from the outside and available whenever.

Welcome to Shady Hill Hobby farm! Our farm offers a wooded pasture with a creek that is fully fenced with horse fencing or barbed wire (see pictures). The gate at the end of the gravel path begins your off-leash experience! Once inside, you'll have the option to take a left to enjoy the creek or continue up the hill to explore the woods and pasture. Upon entering the farm, parking will be on your right. Please park your vehicle on the wood chips. Given this is an active farm with chickens and ducks free ranging we do ask that you keep your dog(s) on a leash until you are behind the Sniffspot gate. You are also welcome to observe the farm animals while your dog is leashed as well. Message me if you are interested in purchasing fresh farm eggs. They are $8 a dozen. NOTE - we've added some new planter boxes along the fence, with new plants. Please keep dogs out of those plants. Our backyard is fully enclosed with a privacy fence; it's where we have a lot of fun with Annie, our German Shepherd. We have a hose for water, under the deck. We have a few chairs out there, and the deck is partially covered, so there's shade and shelter from rain. Toys can be found in the brown bin - feel free to use them! Please take care that your dog doesn't dig any holes, we appreciate it!
