55Very nice place
55This was one of the best sniff spots I have ever visited. I would highly recommend.
55Dogs had an absolute blast here--well worth a 45 min drive for us! There was a lovely mix of forest and fields to keep them busy, plus a trail around the perimeter which my Border Collie used as a racetrack. Fencing was very secure, even for my escape artist Coonhound. It is wire mesh and also has vegetation grown over and through it on 3 of 4 sides. Most of the area is surrounded by trees and vegetation so there is no sightlines off to neighboring properties. Lots of toys and the hour went quickly!
55This Thanksgiving is am thankful for Camp Echo. It is a perfect place for my dog and I to play and relax. Thanks to Merren and her family for sharing their beautiful property with us. Happy Thanksgiving to all!
55Camp Echo is Luna’s favorite frisbee spot! We’ve come back several times and will be back again soon. Thank you for sharing this space with us.
55Thanks 😊 had a wonderful ball chase
55The sniffapot is well manicured, the spot is very big. Great spot. My dog bark lee loved it especially with all the toys that were there. On bark lees last day she ran until she was tired and it was so nice to see her be able to run.
55Absolute treasure! So much room to run, a ton of toys, well maintained trail and easy to find! Loved it!
55We will be back!!
55My dogs love this place and so do I. We’ve been a handful of times and will continue to go. They love how much space there is to run around, and they especially love all of the balls and toys. This is a gem!

My partner Alex and I have lived in the puget sound area our whole lives. We have a sweet senior kitty, Bindi, and two wonderful pups, Echo and Xena. Both lab mixes of different sorts. They are both sensitive in their own ways, so we don't go anywhere off leash for safety. Sometimes personalities just don't match. We love sharing our home with fellow families 💜 This whole process has been life changing in the best ways. I take great care in making sure everyone has an enjoyable experience. We're always looking for new toys or ways to make things more interesting for our guests. Thanks for reading! We hope to see you soon! :)

Wonderlane

Enjoy an enchanting Pacific Northwest rainforest adventure at Wonderlane World Famous Sniffspot for Dogs and Their Best Friends - Bring your friends and their dogs too! Unleash your dogs and frolic with your beloved friends in the lush embrace of our hilly Pacific Northwest natural rainforest. Wonderlane invites you and your best pals to explore 66 years of history across 2 acres of established trails, over 9 terraces, under towering old-growth trees, listening to the gentle murmur of a clear creek, accessible by your choice of 2 gates. If you wish maximum security please close the black entrance gate behind you before you park. From the parking area choose your path— the left or right trailhead gates —and meander down Flying Horse Lane or Waggin' Tail Lane to The Landing Pad, where trails weave into playful circles perfect for a game of ‘Hide and Go Seek’ or a chase! At the forest edge, Madhatter Lane invites you to a serene creek, a secret haven at our fully fenced sanctuary. For environmental reasons, the creek area is not fenced. Our hilly forested land, a tapestry of guardrails, fences, gates, natural barriers, rolling trails, springs and creeks, is a haven for play. These trails, originally created for horses, have been lovingly reclaimed from invasive brush and dead trees, now fun for paws and feet alike. We’ve nurtured this tranquil forest back to life by planting more than 600 saplings. The canopy of Hemlock, Douglas Fir, Western Red Cedar, Yew, BigLeaf Maple, and Alder, filled out as soon as there was more light. These trails whisper stories of the past. In the spring, summer, and fall, lush frilly leaves decorate every breeze with greenery in motion. Wonderlane is more than a place; it’s an experience—a Sniffspot designed with your dog’s joy in mind. While they dash through wood chips and Pacific Northwest duff, under ferns, and around bends, you’ll enjoy the views of a 20-acre forested wetland, a living vista of nature. This forest is alive with the songs of songbirds - sparrows, finches, thrushes, grosbeaks, and a host of other birds, such as majestic American Bald Eagles are seen here. Walk, run, or pause on our soft wide paths and let the forest’s secrets reveal themselves uniquely to you. We’ve spent more than five years crafting this haven, just a mile from the South Sound, for you and your friends to run, walk, sit, and revel in the company of your pups. And when the day’s adventures are done, two Starbucks await to refresh you, 3 minutes and 5 minutes away - remember puppercinos/pup cups are free. If you need assistance or more info, please contact us directly. Keeping Wonderlane pristine is a collective effort, and we value your help in maintaining the beauty of our shared space. Please use the garbage bins at the top driveway entrance for disposal of any waste. Please close the hydrants completely. Press the hydrant water handle into the completely closed position after use. Dogs must be leashed going to and coming from the parking area, and may be unleashed when entering the dog park. We rely upon guests to contact us and tell us immediately if they need anything. To be fully fenced please roll shut the main gate after you park. There are also 2 sets of gates at the top of each trail to the Sniffspot. The forest area is fully fenced, some doubled. There are 2 gates that lead to the creek so you can control access. PS if you wonder about the fencing here, some guests want the creek fenced too, which isn't possible due to environmental reasons. Please roll the gate into the open and securely hooked position when you leave, thank you! If desired, you can drive right into the pasture and secure the gate behind you before letting your dog(s) loose. It changes by the season. First time guests use code MEADOW1 for a discount off your first visit! What a perfect expanse for you and your dogs to cut loose! In our fully fenced, gently rolling meadow there is plenty of room to run, chase frisbees and balls, dip paws in the pup-pool, and sniff around for the scents of nature. For humans, there is a cozy shelter with seating, a bistro table, and the entertainment of a frisbee "goal". There's shade from a large fir, in the meadow, as well as shade from the woods, on the south side. Fencing is at least 4 feet high, all around. It has a vision-block screen, a 4.8’ top wire, plus double fencing, on the side with neighbor dogs. If the neighbor's Goldens are out, they will friendly bark, and bark. They really want to come over and play. Surrounding Area: There are two private yards (one with an enclosed, screened chicken run, and one with friendly dogs); deep woods on the South side; and an incredible mountain view, over more meadow, on the West side. Sunsets from here are awe-inspiring! Parking: There is room for two vehicles to park near the gate the Meadow. Please park only on gravel and do not drive on the lawn near the meadow. If there are more than two vehicles in your party, please park up the hill in the gravel near the large, 4-car garage. LIMIT of 4 VEHICLES per reservation, unless organized in advance with us. There are four easy-closing gates in the fence, that are generally left open for wildlife passage. We will make every effort to have the gates closed before you arrive, but know that you're responsible for seeing that all 4 gates are closed before you unleash your pups. If you bring kids, you're also responsible for keeping them in the gates :D We hope you visit soon and come back often!
