I don’t think this spot expected to have any visitors anytime soon. The grass was overgrown but my pup loves tall grass so he was overjoyed. However, it was hard to see all the land or even if your pup pooped while your head was turned lol I was suggest spraying yourself and your pup heavily with tick spray. The fencing is just as described - barb wire. I wasn’t sure where to park as it’s a narrow street and there are homes across the street that appeared to have different owners.
