Looking into the backyard, on the left side, there are some uneven spots in the ground where the previous owner kept a trailer so please be mindful. You should be able to notice it easily with the short cut grass. Also there is a pond behind the first fence. Dogs are allowed to swim here but if you choose not to, please walk with enough distance from the pond.

Hi! I’m Ashley, a dog-loving small business owner based in Princeton, TX. I started this Sniffspot because I believe every dog deserves a safe, fun, and private place to explore, play, and just be a dog. 🐶💛 I live on this 1-acre property with my two playful pups, Lola and Caesar, who absolutely love having space to zoom, sniff, and splash! Lola is a feisty, fun-loving chihuahua-lab mix, about 1 year and 4 months old. She’s got a big personality in a small body and isn’t afraid to show it! Caesar is our big cuddlebug — a pit-husky-lab mix, just over a year old. He’s super friendly, full of energy, and always ready to play. They’re the official “product testers” for our Sniffspot and give it two paws up. 🐾 You might spot them in some of our listing photos, living their best dog lives!

Property is located on a dead end street, so there is very little traffic. All surrounding houses sit on acreage, so neighbors and their pets are seldom seen. All neighboring animals are kept in a fenced area when outside. Wildlife can be spotted on the property especially close to the wooded area and creek. The pond does have fish, turtles, frogs etc, so dogs swim at their risk. The creek is fairly dry with just a shallow stream most of the time unless there has been a recent rain. It's a great place to explore. Like any pastureland/field, snakes can occasionally be found as well. No need to clean up doggie messes that are not within a 50 yard radius of the house.
