This is a great yard for you and you dog(s). I have 2.5 beautiful acres. Grass is always trimmed and well taken care of. Fence is secured and tall. No other dogs, animals, or people causing distractions. I am learning to become a dog trainer through a local rescue and would love to help out if you need it :) Please note, you are more than welcome to use my patio to sit and enjoy shade under an umbrella. My yard is a big open space, in the middle it has no shade, but I also have big trees that do provide some sort of shade.

Max 2 humans per dog and max 6 dogs and 6 humans are allowed in the spot. More may be allowed on a case-by-case basis and will be charged as extras. Host will generally not greet guests. Our yard shares a fence with our neighbor, who has 2 dogs. Guest will likely hear the neighbor’s dogs if they’re outside but will never be able to interact. Pool disclaimer: Humans are allowed in the pool to play with/support your dogs. ONE support person PER dog. All pool activities must be dedicated to your dogs. Meaning, human pool parties/gatherings are not allowed, even if dogs are present.

This is a fun, spacious spot with a pool available for dogs to use, lots of grassy space for your dog to run around, lighting at night, and different amenities for humans! It's generally best for dogs over 20 pounds because of a small gap under a gate in the yard (see the fencing section of the description), but dogs under this weight are more than welcome to come if this isn't an issue for them! The yard also has lounge chairs (just take the black covers off and then put them back on before you leave) and a outlet for charging (behind the chairs in the shade) for owners, as well as other amenities (see the amenities section).

We are a young couple that works from home and adores dogs :) We aren’t able to get one of our own yet but we know we have a backyard that dogs would LOVE to run around in so we want to open it up for them. We also have a shaded swing for pup parents to enjoy relaxing in. We’re happy to rent our our backyard for events people may want to host.

Bring your pups to enjoy our 1/2 acre fully fenced yard with short cut maintained grass, sparkling salt water swimming pool, covered seating area with ceiling fan, and fully stocked outdoor drink fridge, where you and rover can comfortably play, swim, and relax. Poop bags, hand sanitizer, and dog toys are available at no extra charge. We offer a 6 foot board on board privacy fence on the sides of our property between neighboring lots, and a 6 foot wrought iron fence along the back and front so you and your pup can take in the amazing scenic view. (Gaps in wrought iron fence are 3 7/8"; please take this into consideration if you have a teacup/small dog and/or reactive dog). My big backyard is fully fenced and has lots of space for your pup to run! Two rocking chairs under a shaded patio for your comfort. Squirrels are frequently spotted running along the fence for additional entertainment. I understand you may be looking for a safe space for your pup away from other dogs. I do have a hound so please let me know if I need to keep him out of sight!

What makes our pool truly special for canines is the pool ramp – a perfect feature for dogs who are a bit hesitant about water. This ramp allows your dog to gradually get used to the water at their own pace. For conservation purposes, we maintain the water level at ramp height, meaning the pool reaches a depth of at least 5 feet at its deepest point. Beyond the pool, there's a world of exploration waiting for your dog. The yard offers a plethora of sniffing spots and leads to the enchanting Cottonwood Creek. It's important to note that this area is not fenced, so do keep a watchful eye on your adventurous companions. Before diving into the pool, we kindly ask that you shower your dogs.
