We are located in the far SW corner of PW, where we literally can see for miles. Our yard is mostly turf with a little bit of pea gravel & two gravel entry pathways. We have a sand beach for digging & dog friendly pet grass for munching as long as the weather holds out. We also have an on site poop disposal that empties directly into our septic system so no messy bags to deal with here!!! Plenty of parking in our cul-de-sac or along the side of our driveway near our Austrian Pines that provide some nice shade. Our gate is a double latching self closing 6’ gate. That gains you entry right from our driveway into our spacious backyard. We occasionally have deer & quail but that is the extend of our wildlife. We have an 8 year old female Greyhound & right now are fostering a 2 year female Greyhound too. They would remain in the house at all times but you could hear them whine upstairs while you are there because they would want to come out and play too.

Your dog gets the whole run to themselves — no shared time, no other dogs, just room to do what dogs do. The run is enclosed with 6-foot fencing, so jumpers and escape artists are covered. There’s open flat space to run, fresh water on site, and a spot for you to sit and actually relax while your pup does their thing. Wide open Colorado sky, clean air, and none of the public park chaos. We do have two dogs of our own — they’ll be inside the house any time the backyard or dog run is booked, so your dog has the space entirely to themselves. One honest heads up: we keep chickens. They have their own separate area, but they are visible from the run. If your dog has a strong prey drive, just keep that in mind before you book. Check-in is easy. We’re sometimes on property and sometimes not — either way, access is simple and straightforward. House rules: All dogs must be up to date on vaccinations. Owners must remain with their dog at all times. Please be respectful of the property and clean up after your pup before you head out. Liability: Owners enter and use this space at their own risk. You are responsible for your dog’s behavior at all times.

We’ve got off-street parking, tables, chairs, poop bag stations, and indoor bathrooms to make your visit comfortable and convenient. Our sniff spot is located on the West side of the lot, and please remember: a reservation is required to use this space. You are welcome to access the bathrooms through the double gates. The restaurant itself is not accessible behind a locked gate. All garage doors will remain locked, as our other sniff spot areas will be available for rent separately.
