Description

We are located in the far SW corner of PW, where we literally can see for miles. Our yard is mostly turf with a little bit of pea gravel & two gravel entry pathways. We have a sand beach for digging & dog friendly pet grass for munching as long as the weather holds out. We also have an on site poop disposal that empties directly into our septic system so no messy bags to deal with here!!! Plenty of parking in our cul-de-sac or along the side of our driveway near our Austrian Pines that provide some nice shade. Our gate is a double latching self closing 6’ gate. That gains you entry right from our driveway into our spacious backyard. We occasionally have deer & quail but that is the extend of our wildlife. We have an 8 year old female Greyhound & occasionally foster a greyhound for Colorado Greyhound Adoption so we could have an additional dog or not at any moment in time. They would remain in the house at all times but you could hear them whine upstairs while you are there because they would want to come out and play too. We generally take ours for a walk while you are there enjoying our yard so that you should not be bothered by us.

I have garden boxes that are made of wood, a swimming pool, cinder block steps to the pool & a fire pit area. I don’t believe any of these pose a problem to anyone’s pet as they have never caused any issues to my Greyhounds

We’re sometimes on property and sometimes not — either way, access is simple and straightforward. House rules: All dogs must be up to date on vaccinations. Owners must remain with their dog at all times. Please be respectful of the property and clean up after your pup before you head out. Liability: Owners enter and use this space at their own risk. You are responsible for your dog’s behavior at all times.
