55Host was very nice. The doggos had a great time and were tired when we got home, a win!
55This is such a lovely spot! Also; the host is very attentive, gracious and, best of all, understanding of reactive dog issues. We had such a great time! Very thankful to have had such a nice visit
55My Jersey girl had the BEST time here! We’ve been trying to book this spot for awhile. I’m so glad we did. We’re definitely going to take advantage of the membership, so worth it!
55Beautiful place and peaceful. My boys enjoyed the run, the lake was a bounes.
55Easy to find, park, and quiet. My dog was pretty interested in the confined chickens. Due to all the recent weather conditions the back half of the spot is pretty wet. Had fun playing some fetch and checking out the chickens!
55What a wonderful treat. This was our first sniffspot and it was the perfect getaway for our fur babies. They ran and played, and loved the pond and chickens. Its also very clean and the host was so welcoming. Thank you for a wonderful experience.
55What a wonderful little spot on South Hill with an absolutely wonderful host! Nice level property perfect for sniffing around and playing fetch or frisbee. They have quite a few chickens in a fenced-in coop which gave my dogs opportunity for training neutrality. I’d suggest to bring good shoes because the area is more like pasture, which I prefer, and there may be chicken or wildlife poo. That’s all part of the package if you want good pasture-like grounds to play in, and gives opportunity to train for “leave it”. My pup had a nice time rolling in some delectable morsels but a hose is available for that if needed. The back of the property has a gate with openings that dogs can run through, but the brush is so dense it should keep most dogs in. If you have a pup that is an escape artist, and/or has poor recall, that could be an issue for some but it’s thoroughly disclosed by the host. I enjoyed the space and the hospitality! Will return if I’m ever this way again.
55Great space! Loved the whole experience and the owner was very nice. We can’t wait to come back in the fall/winter when the ponds fill up! This will definitely be one of our regular spots to help keep the winter weight off my always-hungry Labrador!
55Our dogs had a great time exploring the property and getting some socialization with the chickens. Our hosts were friendly and helpful.
55The host was amazing! My pups loved all the smells and space in the yard. Will definitely be back.

We've struggled with finding a safe space to run our dogs so we get it! When we moved in July 2020, coming from a small yard, I learned about Sniffspot and it's been so great to share our space with you! When our birds are not free ranging, I turn off the advance notice requirement, otherwise I need the day so we can make sure they are secure in their run (it's impossible to wrangle them once they are free for the day). Give your pups an extra squeeze today and tell them what a good boy/girl they are!

Embark on an Enchanting Forest Adventure at Wonderlane World Famous Sniffspot for Dogs and Their Best Friends - Unleash the spirit of adventure and let your beloved dogs frolic in the lush embrace of the Pacific Northwest’s natural rainforest. Wonderlane beckons you and your best pals to explore 66 years of history across 2 acres of verdant trails, towering old-growth trees, and the gentle murmur of a clear creek. Choose your path—be it the left or right entrance—and meander down Flying Horse Lane to The Landing Pad, where trails weave into playful circles perfect for a game of ‘Hide and Go Seek’ or a chase. At the heart of our forest, the Madhatter trail invites you to a serene creek, a secret haven within our partially fenced sanctuary. Our land, a tapestry of fences, natural barriers, cliffs, and creeks, is a safe haven for play. Once trodden by horses, these trails have been lovingly reclaimed from invasive brush and dead trees, now safe for paws and feet alike. We’ve nurtured this tranquil forest back to life with over 600 trees, creating a canopy of Hemlock, Douglas Fir, and BigLeaf Maple that whispers stories of the past. Wonderlane isn’t just a place; it’s an experience—a Sniffspot designed with your dog’s joy in mind. While they dash through wood chips and Pacific Northwest duff, you’ll marvel at the sight of a 20-acre forested wetland, a living painting of nature’s grandeur. Though some wildlife is a rare sight, the forest is alive with the songs of thrushes, grosbeaks, and a host of other birds, Majestic American Bald Eagles are seen here. Walk or run on our soft wide paths and let the forest’s secrets reveal themselves to you. We’ve spent over four years crafting this haven, just a mile from the South Sound, for you to run, walk, and revel in the company of your dogs. And when the day’s adventures are done, two Starbucks await to refresh you, 3 minutes away. Join our community on Facebook, by searching for “Wonderlane World Famous Sniffspot,” or ask a warm and friendly nearby AI to direct your browser there, and read tales of joy. Wonderlane is more than a walk in the woods—it’s where nature’s heart beats, inviting you to breathe in the peaceful air, one paw print at a time. Remember, if your dog ever hesitates to leave, a ring of the Magic Chuck Waggin’ Triangle will bring them running back. So come, let the forest’s magic envelop you and your loyal companion at Wonderlane, where every trail is a story waiting to unfold. Please use the garbage bins at the top driveway entrance for disposal of any waste.
