This is just a little over 2 acre, pre developed land, a private forest. There are chairs for sitting & relaxing as well as a pre made trail on the property that can be walked. Partly fenced meaning only the back wall & right wall have official fencing other wise it’s “naturally fenced” with the tree line. Recall for dogs must be good. There are neighbors who have dogs out sometimes during the day time. They will be informed of bookings too.

I have no intention of putting any livestock on the back 3 so I figured I would share with you all. You will feel fairly secluded from the world here on the homestead where all you'll see or hear is primarily the residents of this piece of land, and even then, we are fairly busy and quiet. This spot is just getting set-up, but my goal is to make this the premier private dog park in the Orting area. We are up in the hills out of the valley where wildlife roams freely. This 3/4 acre site is perfectly situated between Tacoma and Puyallup on a quiet dead end road in the Summit/Waller area. Easy to find, separate access, off street parking, dog toys, plastic pool for dogs to cool off, access to hose water, even a covered deck with chairs and a propane fire place for those rainy and cold days. Humans have their own free Keurig and snack bar. Sit back, relax, and let your pet enjoy some play time. On clear days Mt Rainier makes an appearance and it spectacular. Night lighting for those short winter daylight hours.

This spot is a 1/2 acre rough pasture with a bench, fruit trees, a tree swing and woods surrounded by greenbelt. It is fully fenced and gated although if your dog is small and escape-minded it may do so because it is wire field fence, not board fence. Please park in front of the garage and keep your dog leashed until you reach the pasture area at the back of the property. Enjoy! We are excited to be partnering with Mossy Paws Dog Training to offer training sessions here at the spot or at your home. Jen is a positive reinforcement trainer who specializes in behavioral issues, anxiety, reactivity, raising great puppies/dogs, life skills, manners, and more!
