55This was an amazing day for my baby dolls. The pigs fenced next field over got their noses working. Then the biggest animal they have seen came walking out of the barn. Yes a full grown horse. They found a mud puddle some pig poopie and that's when the party really started. They where in heaven. Coco my female blue heeler did not want to leave. But she was ready for a nap on the way home. We are rescheduling for next week. Can't wait to see what the two heelers get into on their next field trip.
55Great spot! Our dogs loved the wide open space and made use of every inch of it. They loved barking at (sorry ‘bout that) the pigs and horse. We will definitely be back. Don’t forget to wear boots; it’s fully disclosed on Emily’s listing that there’s potential farm animal poo so I’m glad I wore them.
55A lot of room for our dog to run. Took a frisbee. She also enjoyed looking at the horse and pigs in the fenced area next to it.
55It’s a large field, fenced like an animal farm. Pigs and a horse were on the other side. Dogs loved it and got some exercise. The lot is full of animal poo as the host described. Wear good boots or shoes you don’t mind getting mucked up. Use caution. The ground is uneven some spots. You and your dogs will smell! Bring your own poop bags and carry out; didn’t see a trash can there. Totally private. If you cross the bridge from Annapolis, remember the toll fee. Nice host. Accommodating and responsive. Fun. Easy parking. Lots to sniff for sure.
55I booked Emily’s spot last minute and by mistake which sounds nuts but that day I was nuts. She answered messages fast and even refunded my money which she didn’t have to do.
55Love this spot! Huge fully fenced in field that is easy to get to. The owner even came out when we got there to make sure we were able to find our way to the entrance of the field. My dog is sufficiently worn out from all the running and abundance of scents he was sniffing out. We will be using this spot again!
55Such a good spot!! Dogs were wore out and watching the farm animals was so fun. Plenty of room and tons of smells to check out. We'll be back as long as they're offering it!
55Awesome place with tons of room to run around. Completely fenced in so no dog of any size can get out. Host was super friendly too
55Thank you! 1st time using this app. Had a great time! Great big field for our dog to run and play in off leash.
55Such a great spot! So many smells and so much room to run! And Emily was so kind and accommodating! Will definitely have to come back for more sniffs exploring! Thanks so much Emily!

This is my new spot- same town, different side of the highway! We have 6' tall fence plus a no jump addition. The run is about 120' x 30', there are double gates in case your pup(s) are trying to open gates. We rescue farm animals so occasionally the field next door will have goats, sheep and/or pigs to bark at or watch. There is a trash pail, poop scoop and poop bags. We have some toys, a chair and water bucket with hose access, as well as a watering can if I remember to fill it. . We do have a dog boarding facility here, so depending on the time of day there may be dogs barking from our outdoor runs, but they are set away from the sniff spot and everyone is fully up to date on vaccinations. Having worked in rescue, I love the idea of being able to have a space to take dogs that cannot do dog parks to have new experiences and run around and we are very respectful of keeping other dogs out of your Sniffspot experience (if that's you goal for your visit). You will see a sign for Wye River Kennel and Wye River Winds at the end of the driveway, go past the barn to the end of the driveway, fenced yard is just past the house at the end. Feel free to walk your dog around the property, but please keep them leashed unless they are in the play yard and be warned there are barn cats wondering around the barn in case that upsets your pup.

The 80 acre wood

We have a beautiful 80 acre farm with loads of space for furry friends and their owners to enjoy the outdoors! ****EFFECTIVE APRIL 1**** Our back large field that leads to our wood walking trails- please remain to the right side following tire mark trail. It is hay growing season and need to commit to that trail. This will be in place until our hay cut at the end of the summer, early fall. *please fill in any holes your dog may dig. This has been an increasing issue on our property. If your dog is a digger please visit our over grown arena which is at the very top of our driveway and has a bridge . They can dig to their hearts content in that location! This is a working farm! We have animals that need tending too, so you may hear us from time to time on equipment/ tending to our animals! We have options of fenced in spaces for our friends that prefer to be closed in, a space for climbing and digging , and open spaces to run or trails to walk! Currently back trails are not officially marked but path is clear with tire tracks. Please be mindful of trees or branches from above and below. Possible risk of tripping and falling in the paths. *****please take note for friends looking to use fenced in area-we have slats that need replacing****** This is on our spring repair list this year, so please use with caution. We also do sell our farm fresh, free range eggs, as an addition to our services, which you will find in the extras. You can add in with your reservation! We can’t wait for you all to visit! And please do not hesitate to contact with any questions or if any assistance is needed!
