1.6 fully fenced private acres. Off-road parking on grass for 4-5 vehicles available, plus more along the side of the road. Sniffspot is accessed by a large chained gate with combination lock. Our 3 dogs are very occasionally (1-2 times per month) in an adjacent fenced area. I notify guests via private message in advance when they have booked a time when our dogs will be in their adjacent area. Otherwise, you can expect them to be away inside the house. Fun amenities at our spot include a water park sprinkler play feature, and a wooden bridge which is the perfect location for a photo op! There are also three BIG tires to run through or jump on top of (dogs only please!), two smaller tires to run through, weave poles, a dirt pile, a tunnel, and a fire hydrant just for fun. There is a concrete table and bench seating plus 5 Adirondack chairs under a shade tree - bring your picnic lunch. Running water, dog bowls, and grocery bags for poop are available across the field from the entrance gate, along with a poop scoop and large trash can. Toys, bug spray, additional poop bags, and a large umbrella are located inside the bench seat near the entrance. Large oak tree for shade and a Dog washing station so your dog can get cleaned up before returning home. We offer camping too where he/she can join you to sit by a campfire. The property is thoughtfully divided to suit different play styles: Front ⅔: Open, grassy field—great for fetch, zoomies, training, or picnicking together. Back ⅓: A mix of field and shaded trees—ideal for sniffing, exploring, and cooling off on warm days. You’re welcome to enjoy the entire acre or keep your play to one section—whatever works best for your dog. This is required, as the accumulation of dirt and dog hair can cause damage to the pool, leading to increased maintenance costs and potential closures.
