Attention: we will be closed January 5th - 12th for construction of a privacy fence along the side with our neighbor with dogs. We hope this will minimize distractions and noise from them for our guests. Thank you for continuing to be the best group of guests we could ask for! Large fenced in backyard with trees, shrubs, a shaded area, and multiple seating options. Plenty of room to run around and play. Sophia's Fully Fenced 0.25 acre Yard For Dogs To Rent in the City

Our yard is around .25 acres and fully fenced with a 6ft privacy fence. Only 5 minutes from downtown! We do have a deck (perfect for throwing that ball!) and a patio. We live on a cul-de-sac so parking can be a bit wonky but there are usually spaces available or you’re welcome to pull into our driveway if one of our cars is not there. ***please read*** There’s been a recent disturbance in the lot behind our yard, some developer is cutting down trees and possibly paving a road to a housing unit that has yet to be built. At the moment we’re not sure exactly what is happening but we are gathering more info and will hopefully have a timeline of how long this construction work will be. If your dog is afraid of loud machinery, you may want to reschedule your visit for a Sunday. As of now that seems to be the only day of the week they’re not working back there. We are very sad this is happening near our yard, as part of the reason we bought this house was the privacy we felt in our back yard. Please bare with us as we try to navigate this situation, we will post updates as we get them. We totally understand if you choose to cancel your visit!

Outdoor chairs, a fan, a hammock, shade, sun, bug spray, poop bags, and speaker are all provided. Our neighborhood is known for its tranquility and we respect your privacy. **Just a friendly reminder: please don’t jump on the trampoline.** Here are some additional details about our yard: - Private gate entrance and ample space to spread out. - Our dog stays indoors and won’t be a nuisance during your visit. - Friendly neighbor dogs next door can be heard but not seen. If they have a special affinity for water play, you would like to slowly introduce them to water or to just enjoy a splash on the banks privately they will absolutely have a blast! ** This is the country so while the land is wonderful to explore it does have vacant and undeveloped areas. You will encounter nature especially in the spring and summer. Depending on how far from the house and immediate pond area you venture, there are ticks, snakes, uneven ground, rabbits, wet spots, etc. Please keep in mind when booking your comfort level being used to the outdoors and being adventurous!
