There are 15 acres of native prairie grasses and plants. There are a few trees and rolling hills. There is approximately 1.5 miles of mowed trails that loop and connect, creating several options for new routes for each visit. There is also an outhouse available if needed. However, it is within our normally private area, so dogs must be on leashes and there are hooks for leashes while in use.

The riverbed, grass field, and smaller fenced area are all open for play! We have a beautiful piece of land with a mostly fenced perimeter and 1/3 acre fully fenced doggy play area. If you drive in by the picnic table you are in the center of 18 acres to play on and will be quite a distance from the road. There are mowed walking paths to the beautiful Kinnickinnic river, far away from other people and animals. You and your dog will love it here! The river is cold and easy for dogs to hop in and out, (not easy for humans right now). If you want to keep them out of the water there is about 10 acres of open field where you park, separate and above the river so you don't need to have them down by the water at all. (although most dogs gravitate to there!)

We live on 3 1/2 Acres 8 miles east of River Falls WI 3 of that fenced in with a pool, jolly balls, and weeds to go exploring… a path is mowed around the inside fence line and a few paths thru the weeds…

This place has a pond to swim and fields to walk in or play fetch in. There is a fenced in area as well . A water hose for fresh water. Also, just so you’re aware I do board dogs out of this facility, but their doors will be closed at the time a sniffspot guest does their visit. and you could hear some barking. Otherwise enjoy! Our property is a dog’s paradise! We have an open backyard, wooded trails, and an orchard out back with tall grasses. We keep the trails and orchard mowed for walking, but your dog will have ample woods, puddles, and other adventures at their disposal! Since we live in the woods, we occasionally have trees fall down on our 5 foot welded wire fence. Please be mindful if your dog is an exit seeker, although we walk the fence and mend any spots we see often. There is a large pole barn visible near the gate where you enter that is our neighbor’s yard. His yard/barn is not visible from the rest of the property once you’re down the path a little ways. For SPRING/SUMMER months, tics and mosquitos are starting to come out. We do not spray our land, so make sure you and your pup have the protection you need. In summer mosquitos are often worse near dawn and at dusk, especially in thicker parts of the woods, and less so in the backyard and orchard areas. A kiddie pool has been placed near the hose on the back of our house for paw cleaning or play use in the yard. Please be sure to turn off the hose and drain the kiddie pool when done 😊

40 acres of manicure walking paths, 3 ponds, wooded area, sitting benches, very few ticks !

The private 5 acre field offers both flat and hilly portions. Bring your snowshoes or boots in the winter, tennis shoes in the summer and burn off some energy with your furry companion. The area would be perfect for training, fetching or just enjoying the sunset. There is ample street parking and easy field access.
