Welcome to my beautiful fully fenced in yard! Located on 1/4 of an acre in the Hudson Valley, your pup will have a large private outdoor space to run, sniff and play to their hearts desire. Our home has a private driveway and plenty of street parking. We have a private gate entrance for guests, and a beautiful patio with comfortable lounge chairs under a shaded pergola for humans to enjoy while your pup plays with a yard full of toys! Need essentials? We’ve got you covered. Hose access and bowls for pup drinking water, a doggy first aid kit, pooper scooper, and trash can. Bug spray and sunscreen are also available for humans if needed. Our dog Crosby loves his yard and we’re so excited to share it with other dog lovers and dogs on Sniffspot! Very close to Scarborough Train Station. Fun for dogs and kids. Digging pit. Coolaroo elevated dog bed available. Plenty of room for fetch/frisbee. Zoomies on hills tires out your pup. We used to have a dog that climbed/jumped over 8’ fences so there are extra wires at the top to prevent escapes. The bottom is also secured to the ground with extra staples so no one can dig out either. Absolutely no new dog-to-dog introductions can occur at this spot. This is in reference to the new Playmates feature on Sniffspot. Please do not book our spot for this purpose.

I can put out fencing to block them off if helpful. Feel free to message me. If I am home my boys are friendly and would love to play with your pup with an appropriate meet and greet. Kiba will tire them out 100% (he was a helper in the shelter playgroup, and goes to daycare with large play groups occasionally) Oliver is a little shy but all sweetness and love. Daycare says the shyer less playful dogs love him and he brings them out of their shell.
